  1. The timeline suggests we were already struggling to pay HMRC when we were looking to commit major (for us) funds to the O’Brien deal 🤔
  2. If a club exceeds the limit in ‘year one’ they have to provide future financial information covering the next two years. If these projections show they’ll continue to exceed the limits then the EFL can impose a business plan to ensure that they don’t.
  3. Regarding the last paragraph in that EFL statement (about Reading). Has the Trust been in touch with the EFL regarding our ‘challenging situation’?
