No it isn’t. I’m concerned about the quality of the ‘safety assessments’ given they deemed the already reduced capacity to be safe until another ‘real life’ situation showed them that it wasn’t. Even without the awful history of that stand, surely it’s better just to close it down.

Is it the stand that’s unsafe or just the access to it? (I guess you could argue that’s one and the same thing)
