  1. Us £24.4 million (all staff) Luton £17.8 million (all staff)
  2. Same as players who drop down then…
  3. Luton’s last line up Horvath - on loan Lockyer - undisclosed Bradley - free Bell - free Drameh - loan Mpanzu - undisclosed (but Luton were non league at the time!) Nakamba- loan Campbell - undisclosed Doughty - undisclosed Morris - £2 million Adebayo - undisclosed edited - I left Bell out!
  4. Looks like he’s mainly a premier league ref - his last match was Southampton v Bournemouth (27 April)
  5. The ref for our match is Darren England - I’ve no idea if that’s good or bad…
  6. If you mean Peter Ridsdale, he is listed as a director in their accounts.
  7. You can’t be above where you should be…
  8. It does still sound like you’re worrying…
  9. The 25 minutes (driving time) saved turned out to be crucial…
  10. We’d even throw in Gallagher for nothing…
  11. Only paying Waggott ‘a salary he deserves’ would bridge most the gap 😁 In fairness, the difference between the clubs ‘director emoluments’ was only £25,000 (ours being higher)
  12. Our latest accounts have ‘match day income’ as £3.4 million, PNEs have their ‘season and match day ticket sales’ as £3.01 million.
  13. They should be trying to exceed targets, not just meet them. Surely cheaper tickets is the easiest path… (having a go at them, not you 😀)
  14. I thought you were, I didn’t want to like your post though in case you took it the wrong way 🫣
  15. Lots of people are, I guess I was just pointing out that income isn’t the only ‘sign of wealth’
  16. Do you think he even considers the extra income generated on match days by having more fans in the ground?
  17. We’re not going to have the ‘problem’ of selling out the ground so how about the following?: A (say) ten match season ticket where you don’t get a specific seat (but maybe a specific stand) but could choose which matches they were at the point those games went on sale. This would sit between buying on a match by match basis and a full season ticket. Probably a daft idea…
  18. Almost impossible to ‘police’ Also, it’s possible to be ‘cash rich’ but ‘income poor’
  19. I’d hold off celebrating until we knew who the replacement was…
  20. This isn’t meant to ‘belittle’ Stanley, but if they can do it why can’t we? I think this can be answered with one phrase: ‘a willingness and determination to do so’
  21. As with any other industry it ultimately comes down to how good the product is and the price being charged for it. In the case of Rovers, the product isn’t limited to ‘on the field’. For example, I expect there are some fans who aren’t willing to pay these prices, but would be if they knew the money would definitely be invested in the team. One thing I would look to do (on top of lowering the prices) is charging the same amount whether someone pays ‘upfront’ or in installments. I know STH get priority on away ticket sales, but do they get any other ‘benefits’?- I’m thinking of things like a discount in the club shop and on the concourses.
  22. Surely at least one of them did ‘their part’ right. Then again…
