I think you are completly wrong about fitness coaches. You could go out and get any personal trainer to take pre season fitness training. In fact there are two at the gym I go to, who could surfice. I am not saying that is the best scenario, but it could be done.

I would say there is nothing better than watching your team win live in a stadium setting. It's shit when you lose.

We managed half a season looking reasonable fit. That is not good enough.

To tell the truth we haven't had decent personnel in those positions for years. The first bit of pre-season training is mainly about stamina and fitness. Any coach should be able to do that.

I think Lenihan and Nyambe will be more influenced by what offers they get !

Ash Phillips will eventually be as good, if not better than Lenihan. I would be more worried about losing Phillips. Our problem would be who do we get to fill in, in the meantime ? We have Ayala, Carter and Wharton, I think the most important question is how does the new manager want to set up the defence.

Personally I will give my support to any manager that tries to get us promoted, if they fail then we look elsewhere. Is that not the case in any walk of life ?
