  1. I just look at who is the keeper and breathe a sigh of relief.
  2. To increase footfall, you make it simpler to access the ground. What do the Rovers do ? Make it harder.
  3. Personally I wont assist surfing any club backed flag.
  4. A good delivery is a good delivery, practice makes perfect.
  5. As pro footballers I would expect any of them to be able to deliver a decent dead ball. In the training sessions, stop the fucking about and get practicing the dead ball crosses.
  6. So what would you suggest is the next move ? So if the MP is not part of the government, then they could ask the EFL to look into the Rovers situation.
  7. So I would say go to the people who regulate the EFL, which I would think is the government, so the local MP.
  8. I don't class finishing 7th in the championship as a good outcome for Blackburn Rovers.
  9. Should this not be put to the EFL for them to ask questions of the club. Maybe ask the Blackburn MP, to ask the EFL to look into it.
  10. If communications are poor, people will speculate and most times come to a negative conclusion. The problem is solved by good communication, even if it is not what people want to hear.
  11. The process seems to have been broken for a long time, and nobody seems to have complained.
  12. Tugay and Colin Hendry weren't bad.
  13. And if Toth doesn't have a period of time out, money has been wasted. We don't seem to be in a position to waste money.
  14. I think it would be a cost issue, the bench sitting keeper probably only plays in parts of a couple of league games per season. Why have an expensive player filling that role, when you can use a cheap youngster
  15. The important question is: Have we improved our second choice keeper ? I think we have.
  16. Is there 12 good men and true, in the riverside ?
  17. And it had nothing to do with the other 10 players ?
  18. It is simple economics, what I find most annoying is why we are not told the truth, I am sure it would be more acceptable to people if we were.
  19. The pubs around New Street station, then the tram from just outside the station.
  20. And all that due to losing a right-back ? I think it is more likely that the rest of the team not playing at the required level was more of a deciding factor.
  21. We lost a great player in Newton, but how was it a major problem for the team losing the right-back ?
  22. I remember him leaving, It wasn't a major blow to the team, as the rest of the team did not live up to his standard. One exceptional player at right-back will not have enough influence on the whole team. An influential player in the spine of the team may have that effect ( Adam Wharton being a prime example ).
  23. I cannot remember an occasion when a team losing a right-back has been a major blow.
