Your arguement started with, that we will miss the pace of Rothwell and Khadra. Therefore we had pace with those players. We are a team that had pace and weren't successful.

I prefer to have good footballers who may not be the fastest, to someone who is just a speed merchant.

As long as we are pedestrian and winning, I don't care. Speed, although an advantage, is not the be-all and end-all of successful football.

The amount of season tickets any other club has sold, will have no bearing what-so-ever, on whether or not I get a Rovers season ticket. Preston have sold the amount they have, because their fans want to be certain of a ticket, when we play them.

In my opinion, we have two central defenders who are already better than Annesley, in Phillips and Pratt.

I, am not going to get a season ticket until the fixtures are out. I will then make a decission, based on the amount of games that I will not be able to attend. Now that Mowbray has gone I am not really bothered who the manager is.

It probably cannot be a legal, deal done until his contract has run out, at the end of the month. To tell the truth I would not allow him to train with Boro whilst he is still contracted to us. I would also not allow him on any Rovers owned premises. Let him keep his fitness levels up by himself.

Having watch Annesley for our U23s, in my opinion he is nowhere-near good enough for our first team. Non-league is his level

I doubt if we would get any part of a transfer fee, to try to replace Ayala. Therefore I would keep him. He is a good player, and I would be trying to get him interested in becoming a defensive coach, for the future.
