  1. Sorry to bring this topic back up but I was reading the serialisation of Jamie Carragher's book in the Daily Mirror and there was a story about when Neill broke Carraghers leg in 2003 and Carraghers mates wanted revenge on Neill. Neill close to getting a kicking
  2. Heres a preview for Transporter 3 which is due out in November, can't believe it made it to 3 films. Transporter 3
  3. And that statement is then based on pre season games and transfer hearsay, I think some people are getting carried away on here, let's see what happens in the early season before we start this Ince out crap.
  4. I have Topspin 3 on Wii and I'm still trying to to put an ace past someone, I have started to get the hang of playing it now and I am getting better at shot direction.
  5. Unbelievable, if I had been found guilty of assault just once in my job I would of been sacked, Barton just seems to welcomed back into the fold everytime he screws up, so maybe next time when he goes out of control and just maybe puts somebody in a coma or even kills them then is that the time to say well now we'll sack him. Barton should have been taken out of football a long time ago.
  6. I think your right, early legs were all going against the throw and then Wade opened up that lead, but as soon as Taylor got some momentom Wade seem to lose it, and you have to give to Taylor a 132 checkout and finnishing on the bull when it was blocked by his first dart, that was class also never seen him so emotional and the interview when he said he was ready to chuck it in 2 years ago when he lost in the Irish tournament.
  7. James Wade is a nice bloke he did an appearence last year in the Vic pub in Preston, down to earth and a good bloke and a definate future world champion. What a semi final Taylor and Priestly played tonight, Taylor with 3 very close chances to do a 9 darter, in the other semi I felt a bit sorry for Mardle he played against a great player in Wade but Mardle can play better than that and he will be disappointed in the way he played. Heres looking forward to a cracking final.
  8. Just watched the Mardle Vs Barney match one of the best for a long time Mardle winning 18-16 and he was 12-7 down at one point fantastic match.
  9. It's only just been released now Cocker, but went straight to DVD.
  10. Watched Lost Boys 2 last night, no wonder it was straight to DVD, it did feature a Sutherland, Kiefer's half brother Angus, worst line in it came from Corey Feldman. On approching 2 vampires, "ok who ordered the steak"
  11. Watched Harold and Kumar escape from Guantanamo Bay last night, juvenile but overall it was quite funny. Here's a trailer for the next Terminator film which is released next year. Click me
  12. World matchplay starts tonight, Taylor favourite again after his win in Las Vegas Classic. Barney at 7/1 is a good bet, Part at 25/1 shows since winning the World title he has struggled in tournaments so far this year. P.Taylor 4/6 J.Wade 5/1 R.Van Barneveld 7/1 J.Part 25/1 A.Hamilton 33/1 A.Lewis 33/1 T.Jenkins 33/1 C.Lloyd 40/1 M.King 40/1 R.Scholten 40/1 D.Priestley 50/1 K.Painter 50/1 M.Van Gerwen 66/1 P.Manley 66/1 Full betting here CLICK
  13. Steve Claridge escapes a stay in prison as he is found guilty of dangerous driving. Click
  14. Taylor has just hit a 9 darter against Jamie Harvey, that's the 4th time he has hit a 9 darter in the UK Open Was funny in the interview after the game, last night he got pulled up for saying bugger, today he was talking to Dave Clark about the Russian player Anastacia. Taylor "Not only do we have the Scots and Welsh now we have the bloody Russians, I've swore again haven't I"
  15. Pictures on SSN of Rooney on his stag do with 16 of his hangers on sorry mates in Ibiza.
  16. Great performance from Taylor showing he is getting back to his best, I was disappointed with Barney as yet again he gets to the semi final and then gets beat. Here's looking forward to the start of June for the UK open in Bolton which is the so called FA cup of darts.
  17. Watched Cloverfield last night, what an awful film, basically Godzilla and Blair Witch mixed together.
  18. I watched Walk Hard the other night and thought it was a great comedy film, laughed all the way through and the some of the songs were hilarious especially the one he sang about midgets.
  19. Found this being talked about on a darts forum, Adrian Lewis and Kevin Painter had a bust up on stage at a tournament. Lewis and Painter face possible ban According to somebody posting on a darts message board, Lewis finished a dart leg in a show off fashion and Painter didn't like it and few things were said and names were called and they had to be pulled apart by security staff. Not first time Painter has got upset with an opponents finishing, when Painter played James Wade a few months back, Wade had 80 left, he finished double 20, double 20 and Painter was not happy about it.
  20. A bit of humour from Souness last night when Hoddle was going on about why Abramovich was not there last night or on Saturday against Man Utd. Souness just said "Have you seen his girlfriend"
  21. A great climax to the end of the League part of the Prem League next week Taylor, Wade and Barney all qualified and Lewis,Mardle and Manley all fighting to get that final place in the quarter finals.
  22. AESF Only you could get African politics into a thread about a football pundit quittiing, just waiting for the rest of the usual suspects to join in and this thread will be closed in no time
  23. Tickets go on sale tomorrow priced at £20 Taylor Vs Barney tonight in the Prem League in front of the biggest ever crowd in the history of the competition. Also just to add to anyone interested Alan Warriner is appearing at the Clifton tomorrow night (11th)
