Jdt has fucked us by getting rid of trav only to leave a month later when we could have done with Travis especially today, Garret came on meant holes in the middle appeared which allowed Preston freedom which lead to the goals.

Eustace just has to get results, he has no time until the international break to put any of his ways onto the team so it’s about just getting results, don’t think we will see the true ways until next season, like with Birmingham he came in stabilised even then had then Sitting pretty until the yanks had a blunder. Buckley coming back may just give us that boost too.

the court case is next month so hopefully the Indian government sting the venkys into enforcement of selling us

Yes, the real culprit in all this

    Todays dragging at work so....

    TEAM.       W / D / L

    Burnley       0 / 3 / 6

    Preston      4 / 3 / 8

    Blackpool.  7 / 5 / 2

    Wigan         4 / 6 / 8

    Bolton         5 / 1 / 8

    OVERALL W20 / D18 / L32

    Win ratio 25.8%

    We also:-

    • Failed to beat Oldham in the league in League one

    • Have a negative (4/11/5) record against Huddersfield

    * Got put out of the League Cup by Morecambe in our only ever meeting.

That really is horrendous reading, especially considering we've been the superior team to PNE, Wigan and Bolton (in terms of finishing positions) for the majority of that time.

Shows how spineless we are from ownership down.

If anything sums up the Venkys reign, it's the fact we haven't beaten Burnley once over 9 matches.

Appalling performance. Eustace has probably only had one full days training with them, but he’s got a very busy couple of days ahead. If I was him my first port of call would be the U23s. We’ve got absolutely no pace, power or athleticism in our squad so I’d be trying to see what we’ve got in the young lads.

Duru, Batty, Montgomery, Gilsenan, Nsangou all worth a go on the bench over the likes of Ayari and Markanday. If Telalovic has come through our academy he’d have spent the last 4 or 5 years in the North West Counties.

In fairness he spent the last few years in the German equivalent of North West Counties - then we decided to sign him.

I think he’s still yet to score a goal at a level above 4th division part time regional German football

The two kind of aren't related.

Needing depth at CB didn't rule out our ability to bring in a CM. We simply didn't sign a CM (aside from Fleck) and that deserves criticism all of its own.

Yeah I agree with that. I’ll eat my hat if we see the lad start a match though. He might sneak onto the bench if we get desperate I guess.
Feels like the waste of a loan spot

Because we might have multiple injuries in that position. He's one injury away from being needed in the matchday squad.

It would be like asking why we would bother having 3 keepers.

I guess for this specific example you only get a limited amount of loanees you can pick in your squad.
Almost every position on the pitch is needed more than CB so why did we loan someone who struggled in the French 2nd division over a CM to replace Wharton for example.

There's a lot of harsh criticism of players, in the case of Telalovic it is harsh criticism of a player who has barely featured for us.

As supporters, we have to choose. Do we want to complain about everything? Owners, CEO, DoF, manager, and players? In which case, we'll get little sympathy and achieve nothing.

Or do we want to complain about those who will all agree are at fault for the current situation? Because it isn't Telalovic. It isn't Ayari.

A few need a bit of a reality check on that front.

In that exact order. Maybe manager below players as he’s only been here a week

An ambitious manager replaced with a yes man.

These soft lads who threw the towel in because they couldn't hack JDT need to hang their heads in shame

Exactly, no leaders and no ambition on the pitch outside of Szmodics.
Starting with our ‘captain’ Travis. Spineless bunch of players, highlighted with the comments in that Waggott meeting

  8. This club is the absolute pits.
Waggot, Silvester, Broughton, and all the Venky stooges still taking a wage after all the shite they’ve thrown at us and the one good thing we had was the man given the can.

If this is meant to be ‘solid’ then I’ll be watching no more. The players are a joke too, Waggot dragging them out to complain about a few boos - well there are none today as we’re away from home and it’s bad as it’s been all season. Barely any of them interested. Callum Brittain not fit to wear the shirt.
We’re making Birmingham (a relegation candidate) look like a promotion pushing team. They should be up by 4.

I’d take him back in a heartbeat and it was a ridiculous decision to let him leave on loan. Imagine he will be back in next season as captain.

What characteristics of a captain do you see in Lewis Travis out of curiosity?
