it was very interesting to hear following his press conference that he was approached 10 days ago by nufc following the sacking of BR. Now we didnt hear anything from anyone until it was all said and done on Monday, I heard after leaving hospital around lunchtime ! Rovers have had a while to look at the alternatives, weigh up a possible replacement or at least make the same tentative steps that nufc made to our own then manager.

nice post speeeeddie but one point..... you mention the word competative. Is there any chance that you could forward that word and its meaning to the Rovers team. Rovers do need an investment in the interim period, if only to get them out of this rut. I am sure that mssrs Barker,Garner,Peter and Corvino may bring in decent money in the future but its now that there is a problem. the incoming manager has to get rid of and will get rid of deadwood, there is no doubt about it and they will have to be replaced unless we some how bring the youth through and get lucky. A local investor would be nice and give the club a massive boost both on the field and behind the scene. The knock on effect could be massive

Thanks Capt me and my son are okay, just the whiplash, headaches and mangled car to worry about. Lucky the other party has admitted FULL liability I am grateful in one way that I didnt have to watch Rovers live on Saturday as it was painful enough listening to Dinnis and his tripe, watching those muppets stelling,marsh,alchy best and mcdicktock slate our club and then discovering that the traitor had actually took his place at the stadium.
