  1. Past hour
  2. LT saying we are hopeful of 2 more signings before the window shuts 🙄is this with Baradji? Was hoping for more tbh.
  3. You'll be having a quiet time of it then.
  4. All three scored during the tournament too.
  5. That was the story a week or so ago. More he plays the more the selling club gets. Wouldn’t be the players wages. Wouldn’t benefit Rovers as he won’t be on much.
  6. I don't get this situation. He's either injured and therefore can't/shouldn't play or he's actually fit to play. Rumours were the medical flagged up a stress fracture in his foot? There must be treatment for this type of injury, even if it's just rest and therefore we can decide if he'd be worth signing or not.
  7. Not offended in the slightest. Wasn't aware I'd insulted you in the discussion, you're the one flinging insults about
  8. Sorry about that 😄 It's transfer talk only for me, can't be arsed about all the other stuff on here. Got so many people on ignore you wouldn't believe 😄
  9. Why would they agree to that? What would happen if he was fit for selection but we simply didn't pick him?
  10. You’re a strange chap. You’re quick with the insults then get offended if you get a little bit back. Like I said bore off, you really are fucking tedious.
  11. Unnecessarily prickly. You're basing your assumptions in that position on a player that most likely won't be here, rendering them meaningless.
  12. I think the pay as you play deal will be with the club rather than the player.
  13. All players should be on pay as you play it would change the sport for the better. Basic wage all players get the same if you don't play if you do play you can get the mad money
  14. 'fuckouttahere with your transfer talk. This thread is for petty pissing matches about assumptions.
  15. I don’t understand the pay as you play bit? So we’re going to pay the same fee for the player, but only offer him a pay as you play deal? Seems a very odd approach. If they have serious doubts on his fitness then why are they signing him?
  16. There's been concrete interest in Brittain, he has seemingly expressed a desire to leave, and we're not standing in his way and have put a valuation on him. But Ok - if you're a member of the flat earth society along with chaddy - you feel free to crack on under that assumption as well!
  17. Rovers reopened talks over Baradji on a pay as you play deal. Player happy to come under those circumstances.
  18. Yeah, he’s a RB. Correct. The bloke who’s gone to Charlton contributed nothing from RB last season. That’s isn’t an assumption. The manager has stated he brought in the new RB because of the qualities he has. That isn’t an assumption. He sold JRC cos he didn’t have those qualities. That isn’t an assumption. Based on those things my OPINION (another concept you’re struggling with) is that we are stronger. The fact it needs to be repeatedly explained to you is quite bizarre😆
  19. Shaking it up a tiny bit from one or two of the more obvious names Sir Roger Jones Hird Hendry Samba Le Saux Batty Tugay Brotherston Shearer Bellamy Duff
  20. I try an be objective but I thought the ref was leaning to Spain. They don’t do the diving in fouls like we do but they do the holding back breaking players type fouls all the time. I thought two of the Spanish players should have been booked. It looks like you can’t just win the ball now. If you win the ball and touch the other player in any way afterwards - it’s a foul.
  21. Won the fans player of the year that season too over Shearer who scored 30 odd goals which is some feat in itself, and showed what the fans thought of him. Think it's easy to forget how good he was with him not being involved much in the title winning season.
  22. Every player was good on the ball, they could all pass off either side under pressure, they found spaces better than we did. It was when they got into our penalty area that they lacked ideas. 8 games out of 10 they would possibly beat us. Yesterdays game was one of the 2 were they couldn’t.
  23. One of whom has played a handful of minutes, so you're making assumptions on his ability as an actual RB.
  24. Wouldn't have Henchoz or Neill anywhere near an all time X1 personally. Edit: Peacock and Henchoz was one of the worst pairings I've ever seen.
