Roost Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Thats amazing!! Fulham - I am impressed. Can we have 'free' points too.....?
bennyboyt11 Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 They offering free travel from other places apart from Blackburn?
Hughesy Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Il be going if the game gets shifted to a weekend game (depends on FA Cup).
sussexrover Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Fair play to Fulham - a decent gesture. I will be there as long as it stays on the Wednesday, if it gets moved back to the weekend I will annoyingly be back in Lancashire. EDIT: Annoying to be there when the game is in London, I will be delighted to be back home for a few days!!
Tim Southampton Rover Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 They offering free travel from other places apart from Blackburn? I think it's just with the Rovers Official Travel.
brightonrover Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Good effort this. No great fan of Al Fayed but you've got to give him credit for this gesture.
roversmum Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Speaking as one who made the fruitless trip, I should jolly well think so, too
Hughesy Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Fans Forum people - what happened about the plans to pay for travel for an away game for supporters?? Surely the club should of announced this by now if it was going to happen??
boris bear Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Fans Forum people - what happened about the plans to pay for travel for an away game for supporters?? Hughesy Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Sorry boris - are you referring to the fulham game? That is being paid for by Fulham! I was on about the general idea from the forum that Rovers were going to pay for the travel to either Boro, Hull or Stoke!? 1 has gone, 1 is on sunday and not heard anything yet about the Stoke game?
only2garners Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Sorry boris - are you referring to the fulham game? That is being paid for by Fulham! I was on about the general idea from the forum that Rovers were going to pay for the travel to either Boro, Hull or Stoke!? 1 has gone, 1 is on sunday and not heard anything yet about the Stoke game? We discussed this at the Forum last Monday - minutes will be on the club website on Monday. Rovers were planning to offer free coach travel to the Hull game but changed their minds when the game was moved to Sunday lunchtime. Instead they plan to offer it for the Stoke game - watch out on the club website for details as and when they are agreed.
Hughesy Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Cheers 02G. Well dont to Rovers for offering free travel too. Thats another game il be at too - lets hope we get a decent allocation for the Brittania.
Balwer Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 I live about 500m from Craven Cottage, can they send someone over to pick me up too?
AggyBlue Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 I live about 500m from Craven Cottage, can they send someone over to pick me up too? Big party at yours after the game then?
Rovers in America Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 Free travel? Where do I apply for them to cover the cost of my plane ticket? I'd easily make the trip if they'd pay for it
