I'd imagine this clause is highly unlikely. If it does exist, it's bad business from Rovers. Barca have no hold over Rochina in 5/6 months time, so it'd be stupid for us to compromise with them. They'd already be getting a fee for him when we could get him for free in a few months.

Rochina is still considered as a youngster, so Barca would be entitled to dispensation even if we would sign him after his contract had expired.

Barcelona and RM always insert buy back clauses in all sale of youngsters. They have 1-2 years to activate it. RM actually bought Negredo back at the low fee in the clause and sold him a few hours later at a higher fee to Sevilla.

Monaco gave Formica a medical and agreed terms with him last week. He even trained with them.

If anybody cocks it up at the Rovers end he could go back there and join.

Don't dismiss that as a possibility the more the clock ticks by.

There is more to this deal than meets the eye. Clearly.

I spoke to someone who was with him - in his house - 20 minutes ago.

I am saving the binoculars for Torres's helicopter.

Houlier just come and said Young will not be sold. Does that have a knock on effect on the Torres deal?

Question for everyone: Who would you say has had the best window this January?

Darren Bent has to be one of the best buys.. ridiculously high price IMO but he could keep them in the league singlehandedly and even push them a lot further up the table. Stunning player, especially for teams of that ilk.
