If there has been any sort of share transfer between Balaji/Venkatesh/Desai, or even a change in voting rights of Venkys London Ltd, then surely that information needs to be relayed to the minor shareholders in the football club?

The document filed with Companies House suggests at the least there has been a change in the voting structure of the parent company, possibly even a transfer of shareholding between the individuals who own the club. Previously we were led to believe that the 4 of them held 25% of shares and voting rights each. This document, if accurate and truthful, means it is impossible for them to hold a quarter of the shares/votes each as previously was supposed to be the case.

I know that this information relates to the parent company rather than Rovers itself, but surely if the sole purpose of the parent company is to own Rovers then the minority shareholders in Rovers have a right to be informed/updated when such significant changes take place.

I've no idea where to post this, but the Confirmation Statement is now online at Companies House.

Any company lawyers out there might want to cast their eyes over this and comment perhaps?

Or perhaps any expects on the Rovers Trust?

The Company has identified a registrable person in relation to the company but all the required particulars of that person have not been identified.

Indeed, Venkys London Limited, has been identified fairly quickly and with that company's PSCs as mentioned.

However the PSC in the Confirmation Statement for The Blackburn Rovers Football & Athletic Limited, perhaps possibly just looked a bit odd stating that "all the required particulars of that person have not been identified". No?

Quite possible that it's error on this new Confirmation Statement form, as this has been widespread since they were recently introduced.

I've emailed Companies House to ask them to investigate.

I thought that might be the case with Mrs D distancing herself from it but the VH group is still tied in. Maybe though if Barrys land has been securing the majority of any borrowings then creditors would look to him first and this reflects that ?

Get to March and marooned near the bottom and most cashed in then admin could become a possibility if the external debt has been increased a lot.
