Do you know anymore context on this? What's the breach of the contract? Are we trying to exit it early or something?

Looks like Suhail is defence counsel what could go wrong.

You would have to think Macron in bringing this action would be very reluctant whatever the outcome to consider doing business in the future with the club which is another own goal by the club in restricting future kit options.

Think they'll just pick whoever's cheapest, won't be long till we're in Sunday League outfitter pendle sportswear & they're celebrating it as using a local supplier

You can imagine that all the other competitors (Nike, Umbro/Castore etc.) will be looking on as well, if we lose, thinking, we're not working with that company going forwards unless the terms are super favourable to the supplier.

I really hope we don't get Castore.

I follow Republic of Ireland and IMO the Castore shirts have been rubbish designs and rubbish quality for several years, the prices are also way higher than the Macron Rovers shirts as well.
