He can say what he wants. He said in the summer he wanted 90% by pre season starting.

He isnt the reason any sane person would not anticipate a successful transfer window.

Why don't you wait and see what happens before you announce he will be backed?

The evidence of history leans heavily in favour of RF99 being right. So if you're fine to say he will be backed, RF is certainly allowed to say he won't be.

I haven't announced he will be backed but I gave my opinion.  I said " I reckon he will be back"
