At least Broughton had with him a record of success at some levels of senior management roles.

Broughton also did not disrupt the applecart to the point several long-standing staff members, from all disciplines, have left.

Gestede has been a disaster for this club.

And he tried to bring some quality through the door but was scuppered at the last min, twice.

You look at the cosy little set up now and you wonder about those weird transfer collapses and the word sabotage springs to mind.

I’m basing it on only 1-2 appearances but Montgomery has looked good…?

Busy and wants the ball, but I don't think he's good enough.

Granted I'm the one calling for people to give more time to the likes of Henriksson and Morishita and still think Gueye deserves to play, so I'm probably not the best person to talk.

As much as I liked Broughton as he brought an air of professionalism to the place I'm glad we didn't get the American. He's sunk without a trace.

Broughton negotiated such a bargain deal for him as well - Loan with a view to purchase for around £6m.

Well I agree with Alebiosu and at the other end of the scale, Henriksson and Tavares.

If you were being generous you could maybe call Mcloughlin and Hickman average after which I dont think it's too much of a stretch to describe the rest as poor and the signing of Baradji as ludicrous.

Yeah he was prepared to commit quite a bit of money on that one although he might have clicked if he came.

Considering the money wasted since it's neither here nor there really because we still don't have a Szmodics replacement.
