Medical team being so poor? Who is poor from the staff?

Who is good from the staff!?!?

Absolutely something is up - could it even be the case of x amount of games played = % inc. to wage? hence he is being frozen out?

Didn't we have that with Mulgrew and him being stuck on 99 appearances for ages? He made his 100th in the end and as I recall looked absolutely shot at, which might have been why!

For conspiracy theory purposes he'd appear to be on 47 appearances in all Comps according to Wikipedia.

Pass the tinfoil hats out.

He's clearly picked up a knock. The problem being our medical team is so poor that they're unable to diagnose it - or worse still they have diagnosed it and don't want to share it with the fans because it's a bad knee injury.

I don't want to be cruel but have you not been paying attention?

Of course it's possible he's got a knock and it's gotten worse. It's also incredibly plausible that he's been frozen out or there's been some kind of agreement.

On the 1st November, Cantwell posted an Instagram/Facebook story of a photo of him walking on the beach with the caption "The next step is always the most important one". Sounds like he's planning something.

Why give him the captaincy in the first place if he was x amount of games away from hitting some target where his money goes up?

Not playing isn't going to get Cantwell a transfer that he wants. He ended up here because there wasn't anyone else in for him and he didn't pull up any trees last season.

He had started this season well and if he carried that form on then yeah an attractive move may open up for him

I don't claim to understand the motives of the people that run this club.

Nonsensical decisions are commonplace. Making him captain then forcing him out would not surprise me in the slightest.

I wouldn't say it's quite 'tinfoil hat' to worry that one of our best players is looking to leave the club, when several other senior players jumped ship as quickly as they could several months ago. I also think it's more likely than the idea of professional doctors and physios not knowing how to diagnose an injury.

Also when there's a long history of players being frozen out of the squad due to their wages and not having the right agent.

Nah doesn’t mean anything that. He usually posts stuff like that anyway. Please stop overthinking it lol.
