See post below, better to develop your own opinions rather than just use the injury excuse.

No interest in Wrexham's injury problems. Its our injuries to our players like Morishita, Gudjohnsen, etc that has cost us.

Like I said previously and repeating, we missed Gudjohnsen in the last 3 games. He is our fox in the box and if he played at Boro and Sheffield Wednesday we win the games. We don't have a suitable back up for him or Ohashi where you rotation more. Ohashi looked shattered yesterday

Some signings work and some don't ...

I think the tried and tested method is to ADD new blood and test it out, then, either move it on or trust it and incorporate it into the EXISTING team structure.

I'm not sure that selling the whole team and starting from scratch by signing a bus load of unknowns from second tier foreign leagues is the best approach. The majority of our signings aren't at the required level and yet they now make up almost the whole team.

We bought well at RWB. We did well previously with Toth, Cantwell and Tronstad it's true but every other one has failed.

ADEQUATE is the very best that can be claimed for SOME of the purchases the majority just don't have it.  The selling of the 'family silver' last year was utter hubris and was essentially betting the house on the flip of a coin. It hasn't worked.

We are in deep do-do and the best we can hope for is survival. If the players weren't good enough this year they won't be the next. Project after project after project! When will they ever produce anything worth getting excited about.

I repeat, in answer to your challenge, who will sign for us in January and who is at the required level and is uninjured and ready to go. Answer: nobody. We don't even have enough cash to bribe someone with high wages.

Time to smell the coffee dude.

Its NOT injuries that have predominantly cost us.

Its the poorly put together squad that has cost us.

Some signings work and some don't as you even said recently, now you change your tune now.

We have injuries to our key players like Wharton, Morishita, Cantwell, Gudjohnsen cost us. Alebiosu going to AFCON has cost us.

Tavares, De Neve and Henriksson hasn't worked out for us.

None of these players are good enough quality for Blackburn Rovers and the level that we should be pushing to get to - ie Top 6 and competing in the play offs.

None of them have proven they are the required level consistently in the Championship, either right now or in previous seasons.

Wharton should not be considered a key player for example. A few years ago he would be 3rd or 4th choice CB at best.  Now he’s a key player? And more often than not he’s injured anyway.

Cantwell is a washed up ex Premier League footballer who has yet to prove he can hack it consistently at this level. Quality on his day no doubt about it but hasn’t proven it week in week out.

The reason for our current plight is shit recruitment not injuries to so called “key” players. Stop making excuses for the club Chaddy.

Yes. Gestede, Conway, Cairney signing here permanently under Bowyer's first season.

Also the season, we got promotion from league 1 under Mowbray

I don't recall Bowyer getting us promoted, but we did sign some useful players to go along side Rhodes 20+ goals that season, so that was a 'bust'.

In the promotion season I don't recall who we signed, but nevertheless, the success rate in January is pretty thin on the ground and if the summer is anything to go by, we are more likely to sell rather than strengthen.

I fall to see where the optimism is coming from chaddy, but I know we all hope your are right.
