I totally agree on no reason to doubt their Peterborough Chairman. He is very open and honest with their fanbase. no way is Marcus Maddison worth 15 to 20k. He never played at this level. Exactly. You are spot on. Also we cant keep signing players when it clear players have to leave. Cant have loads of players People have mentioned Maddison on here for 18 months and we never bid for him I believe. It took him ages to find a move to championship club considering his stats(which you love to judge players with) over 2 and half years. Wonder why if he that's good? We don't play with wingers in our system we played cos Rothwell drifts inside and Gallagher move inside so our full backs provided the width in our system. Well that's opinion. As I have told you before I think there is a player in Gallagher but the last 2 years of his career hasn't help his development and if anything put him back a year or 2. He had chances against Birmingham where he should have scored hat trick. From what Mowbray has said we are looking a winger coming in so that's free Armstrong up who I believe can achieve another 10 goals for us this season if used properly. Also getting back to basics defending wise help and Get Rothwell and Downing wide will help us going forward and Rothwell need to score and assist more. His form isn't not the best but Mowbray and the coaching staff have to get him back to his best Did we not bid for Maddison and Marriott 18 months ago? Sure it was mention on here

Whenever he has played he hasn't played well enough or an impact on the game apart from Sheff Wed game he had impact. I am big fan of us but this season he hasn't been the same as last season. I think he would be better in 3 man centre midfield similar to James Maddison role at Leicester

you mean like Sam Gallagher's wages were 24k and got 2 links that reported his wages were that. We had a member on here who stated that Marriott's wage demands were too high for Rovers. same with Maddison. I don't know how much of Palmer's wages we are paying. nobody sign Maddison tho from a championship club. why not if he is that good? player attitude, wages? cos he is similar type of player to Freeman from QPR who we tried to sign. I think we know who Mowbray 1st choice is for the centre back role but his club wouldn't play ball and instead will lose him on a free or cheap fee. should we be interest in the fee paid as expectation should be the same from every player/signing. Brereton and Armstrong aren't target man strikers and I did say we would have adapt our style if either play the 10 role. I agree we need deep playmaker. I would have like Cook or Ward Prowse in the squad. Maddison has been good for Leicester from what Ive seen. Very talented. I would have like us to play a different way/formation like 4-3-3 second half.
