  1. Sooner or later, you will answer a question. 16, how old are you?
  2. So that's a "NO" then - you haven't got anything to back up your claims. Ridicule scientists and Nicholas Stern, but have nothing to fall back on apart from stupid "it's all about taxes" claim. What Jack, every government? Taxation is another argument Phil. Jack says humans can do nothing about Global warming. [even though 95% of Global warming over the past 50 years is due to humans].
  3. Jack - The source to back up your allegations that it's simply about taxes? - apart from the oil company link you provided earlier is?
  4. The royal society is the independent scientific academy of the UK and the Commonwealth dedicated to promoting excellence in science. The Society plays an influential role in national and international science policy and supports developments in science engineering and technology in a wide range of ways. Sir Nicholas Stern, is a British economist and academic. He was the Chief Economist and Senior Vice-President of the World Bank from 2000 to 2003 The source to back up your allegations that it's simply about taxes? - apart from the oil company link you provided earlier is?
  5. I'm judging him on all his showings, for all the teams he's played for Rover6. Not in the same class as Bellamy IMO.
  6. Not the government Jack, the royal society for one. I don't remember you ever commenting on their research. Then again, it doesn't back up your half baked comments. So you ignore that and soldier on aimlessly.
  7. You wont win with Jack, guys. It's all about every government in the world simply using it to raise taxes. No matter how much scientists say otherwise, he wont have any of it.
  8. SWP better than Bellamy Exiled rover? Different as chalk and cheese - SWP is a head down runner, Bellamy is a footballer of the top order.
  9. 1] I managed half of one, which was quite a feat seeing that one hour before leaving for the flight, I was throwing up at home, then throwing up at the m/way services, courtesy of a sickness and diarrhoea bug - which incidentally lasted until today. Managed a whole 2 pints as well over the two days. BTW Modi, that's why I may have looked miserable. 2] Yep.
  10. You keep saying I wasn't banned for my opinions. Well someone comes on the boards and shares an opinion similar to mine and the individual is immediately accused of being me. See you just can't stand someone having a different opinion to you. He was never censored or banned for his opinions - only his constant dragging down of unrelated topics. If that WERE the case, his latest rants wouldn't have been posted on here. Can anyone honestly see him changing? I can't.
  11. Moi, along with Stuwilky, Baz, 1864roverite, PKS, PrestonBlue. On another table were Manchesterblue, Percy, Biddy, and probably someone else I've missed. Where were you modes?
  12. Hardly "charging" Jordan. As regards alcohol being banned for UEFA games, well it was on sale in the Feyenoord ground and it was on sale at Celtic a few seasons back. It must just be English games.
  13. Truth is FLB, Peter has looked no better than Gamst.
  14. Yeah, and the lack of pace is a handicap especially away from home where you need to defend - then break.
  15. Without going into the stats, the overwhelming feeling I got at the game, was that rovers won their point fairly easily. Maybe it's different watching it on telly - maybe you are more on edge than when you're actually there. I'm usually the pessimistic one, but Feyenoord never looked good enough to win this. They could have got lucky if one of the goalmouth scrambles had dropped kindly for them, but they simply were very poor throughout. As for rovers, well we only did what we had to do. This team certainly needs big money spending on it ASAP, because central mids of quality don't come cheap. As for the wingers, well neither of them has any pace and neither of them can get to the bye-line. That's a bigger problem than it might seem IMO. However, a job done quite easily.
  16. Greetings All from the easy internet cafe, Amsterdam! Just left Stu Wilky, Becky, Jordan, 1864, PKS, Biddy, Preston Blue, Manchester Blue, Percy, York Blue and a few more in the Sports bar in Leidesplein. Got train tickets for Rotterdam and leave at 6pm! Settle for a draw now.
  17. I know what you're saying. How much contact is needed before a penalty is given? Answers please?
  18. Yes possibly. That would be a shame really, the man's done well for us. Two player of the year awards, but we don't know the truth of what's gone on, do we?
  19. Lucky for them then, eh?
  20. It looks a definate that Neill will leave. The rumour is that Warnock will replace him. Now if Warnock is up to it, - problem solved. That's a big "if" as well Rev.
  21. No, it was the suggestion you made that said Gray is a better player than Neill. What was it exactly - Gray was back to last season's excellent form - see ya Lucas don't let the door hit you on your arse on the way out".
  22. and Ghally should not have been sent off.
  23. PB get your specs on and have another look. Andy Gray got it spot on. You 'avin' a larf Rev?
