  1. just to say- expect the same old headlines in tomorrows papers. They wont say that we put in a decent performance just that Rovers should be kicked out of league, banned etc.
  2. Its very rare that a losing team actually plays well in a game. Im sure that West Ham fans though the same when they beat us though
  3. Well its does not matter if they play or not, the fact is they are both in the squad and that site is giving out wrong infomation which is clearly someone in the background with no official knowledge on clubs injuries. If you want to find out who is injured or not go on google, type that clubs name in and have a look on their official site
  4. shows what a rubbish site that is, both Brown and Huddlestone are in the squad
  5. no, dont want him anywhere near the team anyway! he's crap!
  6. they have an allocation of 3,000
  7. Does Poor standard of entertainment mean not winning? Because that is the ONLY reason why the fans have left 10 wins in 2 years at home is the reason!!!!
  8. Your way off Hasta- I've spoken to a few rovers fans who agree with you saying that we will only last in the premierleague for a few years max, but i totally disagree. As long as the huge money from sky is still there in the premierleague and the little in comparison given to the coca-cola leagues, there will always be 3 poor teams with little money to spend to take up all 3 relegation places. This is even if their attendances are way higher than ours, because the sky money covers this The only way for this too change would be for the PL to go down to 14/16 or 18 teams. And as long as we have assets which can be sold for big money, ie Pedersen, then Rovers will be around in the top flight for a few years to come. I mean, 'small' teams like Coventry and Southampton had been in the top flight for years
  9. When you only win 10 home league games in 2 YEARS!! I think most clubs would lose 6,500 fans!
  10. it will get bigger aslong as we win more at Ewood.
  11. Well as Alan Hanson pointed out last night, Spurs did not play well yesterday and were very lucky especially with one flukey goal which went through the keepers arms. And Boro missed 2 or 3 great chances. They beat Pompey the week before but so did West Brom ! Spurs are a good side but it will take time for them to gell, i said i would be happy with a draw yesterday but that was before i saw the spurs performance. THEY ARE THERE FOR THE TAKING!
  12. Very good performance Well Charlie boy was a lot more impressed with our performance than most of the oldies who post on here, and he's not even a rovers fan!!!
  13. After a win today im sure that everyone will b expecting a win, but Spurs are a good team and i'd be very happy with a point
  14. got a txt from someone at ,the game saying, "looks like only 15,000 at game" and before ya say anything, yes im stuck behind a desk at work
  15. you can count? Well then, one injured midfieder makes only 1 extra midfielder and one injured striker makes only 1 extra striker So its pretty similar ay?
  16. Breaking news on ssn= Bellamy is out of the Wales squad to face England and Poland at start of September. He's out for at least 6 weeks then- gutted
  17. exactly, i dont see the problem with playing this formation at all! It clearly works and as long as we are a winning team, the fans will come back!! Who cares if sky are ###### off that we may lose them viewers when we are on cause we're boring. Bring back the 4-5-1, with Savage holding and Tugay and Reid infront of him
  18. Friedel Neill Todd Nelsen Matteo Savage Emerton Reid Tugay Pedersen Kuqi Prediction Rovers 2-1 Fulham Kuqi (9) John(57) Reid (87) Att: 16,523
  19. here you go guys-injury news on Bellamy Still waiting for scan results-but he wouldnt be so angry if it wasnt serious
  20. Yep, Ive told myself that because I was one of those fools
  21. This article in the Sun also proves that our away following is also pretty pathetic 54th out of 92 clubs we are
  22. also, i was watchin Mokoena's interview on Rovers World and his attitude was fantastic. He had a woeful game but im glad he didnt feel sorry for himself. He was saying things like we owe the fans a good performance on saturday and that we MUST win Of course saying it is a lot easier than actually going out and doing the business
  23. or maybe the ticket office are putting a negative spin on it to try and encourage you to spread the news and get more ST holders. Or maybe your playing that game also
  24. I wouldnt get too down guys. There was enough for me in that first half performance that we could still have a decent season. Just remember, we beat Wolves on first day of the season couple seasons back and we finished 15th. First day results mean nothing. I also remember when Millwall lost 6-0 at home to Rotheram 3 seasons back and they went on to have a good season just missing out on play-offs while Rotheram struggled near the bottom
