New 17 games season ticket unveil by BRFC

There are plenty like that and who can blame them? It is becoming beyond a joke now, how many loyal fans this farce has managed to alienate. -
Made of strong stuff these Chilean lads, Harry.

I agree. I think his vision and ability to pick a pass are his biggest strengths. -
There are others predicting change too, but absolutely no sign of that right now.

His very first bit of action, very nearly cost us. I thought he grew into the game though and could be an asset. -

He is a real player Buckley. His early booking stunted him, in this one, but I think he has a real future ahead of him. -

Had a chat with my son at half time and we both agreed it would be another Luton. The old adage, the best form of defence is attack, was once again, the way to win this. Why we sat back, knowing that never works, is beyond me. -

It could work this today. -
I think if the media got hold of it and we’re told in no uncertain terms, the reason for the fans doing something, it would almost certainly embarrass them.
-
Absolutely, hence why a fan led promotion would embarrass them. Just typical of the lethargy, amongst the whole operation.
-
Simply brilliant that. Love the commentator when BBD. Scores his goal. Can any Rovers fan watch this and not have a great big smile on their face? Sonrier por Brereton otra vez.
-
Let’s get together as fans and organise a Chile day, which would put Waggott to shame, if it worked. I am happy to start it on Twitter, as I speak decent Spanish. If I get enough backing on here, by way of a game to home in on and a promise of a few Retweets, I will give it a go. Even if we only get a plane load, it will still embarrass the under achieving, marketing team at Ewood.
-
He had Chile con carne for tea last night. Does that qualify him?
-
It’s amazing what a bit of confidence can do, in any walk of life.
-
I watched the game too. It’s a bit harsh saying he did very little else. He won the corner for the first goal, for starters.
-
Have you got a brother called Harry?
-
Lots of posts on here today. I’m sure each and everyone of us wishes him all the best for tonight, irrespective of what the future has in store for him.
-
I think he will go for big money. Thankfully we have the one year extension, otherwise I would be worrying, but think it will be £20 million plus, because of this and see January, as the likely point, when we cash in.
-
The signing was typical really of what we have seen, under these owners. No matter who the manager is and no matter who appears to be the decision maker at Ewood, it always seem to a a front, for crazy things being done. Most have failed, maybe Ben was turn into a successful piece of business, but these owners are certainly gambling, with the very future of our club.

For those not familiar with the Spanish Language, the word for beard is barba, so pretty easy to remember. The Gran Barba ( Great Beard) is a great nickname for him.
-
That’s the first time I’ve seen that suggestion on here. We aren’t the only club, who have players, whose contracts are being wound down. Getting those types of players in, compensates us for the ones leaving. It is a balancing act.
-
Is the crowd funding already underway?
-
Does anyone wish we could wind the clock back about 30 years? How has the beautiful game, ended up so ugly?
-
I wasn’t there, so assume he simply chose not to applaud the fans. You make a pretty valid point though.
-
It’s one hell of a way of laundering money is English football, especially the premier league. With each passing week, as I see players negotiating contracts at £26.5 million per year (Ronaldo) and others on £20 million per year, it just totally sickens me. All this will do with Newcastle is attract more greedy mercenary players to the club, who do not care a jot for the club, the fans, the traditions of the club, or even the sport itself. It is totally broken and somehow needs stopping.
