The fitness levels were superb toda, as were the tactics. Everyone seemed to know what their job was and it was as though they were following a script. To say that was as near as a perfect performance you will get, would not be over stating things. We knew how Swansea would play and simply destroyed them. Hedges was superb and his calmness to set up the first was outstanding. Travis a true leader and we have a team of heroes and a team to be proud of right now.

Jason Lowe and John Buckley are poles apart. The reference about made by Miller 11 to the ex- Rovers players, is pretty accurate IMO.

I think we have him tied to a decent contract. If he shines this year, his stock will have sufficiently risen. I take your point though and hope lessons have been learned.

I am pretty astounded that some people don't see what a cracker Buckley is. I was called out last year by one poster, when I suggested he will go for very big money in the future. Hopefully we keep him for a while, but he will play at the top level, I am convinced of that.

They key things, is whether we sell him or not. If we get £15 million for him, then it was good business, but if he walks for nothing then, we will have had one good season, plus this season and that is then not money well spent.

I hope they learn their lesson. People are struggling as it is, and I thought Rovers were going OTT with the prices, but that's below the belt.

Wow. I was seriously considering it, as I am on a brief visit back to the UK. With those prices and the travel, I won't be bothering. A total disgrace they get away with that.

That's something you can't teach either. It is naturally ability and he has bags of it. He has a big season ahead of him and I expect big things of him. I hope he grabs his opportunity by the horns and turns into the real player, I am sure he is.

It is massively important that we keep the fans coming from as far and wide as possible. I lived in Blackburn for the whole of my childhood and fell in love with Rovers as a 7 year old. My son and daughter were born in Blackburn, but with their late mother being from Bolton, meant they were brought up there. They both had season tickets as kids and my son is still Rovers mad to this day. Mt Grandon was born in Preston and is now a Rovers fan and has been to a few games, even though he is only 8. All three of us, will be at the Swansea away game, which is the next time, I am in the country. It upsets me that directly due to Waggott, I know of a family that no longer buy a season ticket or attend matches, as I am sure other fans like me, secure what hopefully is the next generation of fans, by simply passing on our passion to our children and grand children. It is terrible that loyal fans have been lost to ineptitude and crazy remarks aimed at people by the CEO. I love the club enough to do that and that why I said what I did about GM's meeting with SW. we need everyone pulling in the same direction, including these that may only see it as a job.

There are plenty of examples of professionals making a mess of things and when challenged by the non professional, they then have to put things right. Have a quick look at the NHS and how much compensation they pay out annually, for professional negligence. People need to be accountable for their actions, when things go wrong.
