I have been worried about the recruitment of players for about 10 years now and I think we have seen time and time again, that not all of the recruitment, is for the betterment of BRFC.

Have tweeted it to Pasha, FWIW.
There is a firm called Venkycob on twitter I think, who have some link with the owners. i will dig it out and send it their way too.
We could do with a decent journo publicising this.

It was posted on here too, by way of a reply, but interesting to note, that replies have now been disabled. It was visible for about 4 hours though, so plenty know about it.

Good lad!
Is it possible to see how many people click on it...or if Conn himself reads it?
Unless people retweet, or reply, you can't tell how many read it. I have copied it to Rich sharpe though and directly asked him, has he read it? No reply from him as yet.

Simon Garner a far superior footballer ...
Simon Garner is a club legend and neither Rhodes or Armstrong are anywhere near.

Rovers are saving their trump card - Mrs Desai in a heart felt video message promising to respect the legacy of Brockhall village.
And also sack the current leader of the planning department, replace him with the tea lady, as she wants to make sure, everything is top notch.

And yet the most money they have made out of a player was a defender.
Exactly so makes no sense. Don’t forget who spotted that player too.

Even if we believe the badly-advised narrative, their first idea was to fix it with a bloke called Shebby Singh.
There are numerous stories as to the family's giddiness in the earlier years when they were frequenting the area. You also don't have to go back too far to see more examples of stupidity, either. Our defence was in blatant need of investment as soon as we were promoted from League One, and yet they sanction around £14m to be spent solely on strikers in the space of a year.
Rovers is just a cosy play area for them to bugger about in and gives cushy jobs to people close to the family, or those who endear themselves with enough time. Ability is a distant second. That's why they're crap owners.
I fully agree and even to this day, I am pretty certain Venky's do not make all the decisions.
Strikers are the players who go for big money, backed by two, at big prices and no defenders like you say.

I would be extremely surprised if we don't see a contract extension this year and will also be surprised, if it isn't at least for two further years, taking him to the end of the 2023/24 season.
I don't say that because he deserves it, but feel as though the venky's have been badly advised line and have now learned their lessons, is as far from the truth as you can get.
Someone somewhere is still allowing crazy decisions to be made and I think this will just be another one of them.

Time Madame ordered another audit i think....
She is that careful, she had two done last time. Despite that, we carried on losing millions every year.
They are still being badly advised, by the looks of things.

People do this all the the time when they downsize their houses to free up equity. But you can only do it once & it’s called downsizing for a reason.
Once it is gone it is gone & JW put those covenants in for a reason. Not addressing this point is disingenuous at best. After that, it’s a sale and rent back job. Similar to poor old Bury.
This is not going to end well.

It’s a nice feeling waking up on a Sunday morning, to another big Rovers win.
The stand out player for me yesterday was Holtby. A great team performance, but thought he pulled the strings and I think we have a real player on our books, with him.

My coverage is about 40 seconds behind real time
Mine seems to start off about that and it keeps on freezing and the more that happens, the further behind it seems to get.

Why?
Its buffering a lot and tends to end up about 3 minutes behind real time, because of it.

Not many clubs will be in a great position when the current awful situation comes to an end. I dread to think how our finances are going to look and although we can't blame Venky's for that bit, they have put us right on the very edge, with the complete mess they have created over the 9 years at the club.

Let’s hope Preston continue their poor form, as that could be key to our chances.
-
The next home game is V Bristol City. They have a tough fixture next week, so we could go into that fixture, even closer. Preston will then be the next target, who on paper, have some winnable matches coming up. The outcome of those could decide our fate.
-
Hope we can make it and the best chance really would be if we don’t suffer any more injuries. A win against Derby next Sunday, would give us the boost and momentum again and we will have the advantage of know how PNE have got on. If they lose and we win, we could be sixth.
-
Graham on after an hour will change this. Win it 2-0 after looking like a draw all night

Realistically we are going to have to pull at least a couple of unexpected wins out of the bag against the sides above us or in games we would usually embrace a point in.
I'm talking Leeds, West Brom, Bristol City at home, Brentford, Cardiff and Derby away - tough fixtures. Mid table sides would happily take draws from those - promotion winners need a few wins.
I take nothing for granted, after our losses to the likes of Charlton and Luton at home. I do think we are capable of beating Derby and Cardiff away and would hope we can win one of the home games, against either West Brom or Leeds. We beat BCFC away, so why not at home too? If we can collect 12 points from those games, I am sure we will make the play offs.
Good or bad Friday depending on the result

Football is secondary at the minute. Owners just keeping people, who can manage a land sale and negotiate with builders. Not to mention keeping spouting bollocks to keep some fans hoodwinked.
