  1. A decent seat at a West End show is £55. I don't think any of our seats are that much. And you should then do your research better....................!!! Examples of the latter, please
  2. And in the Jack Walker Lower outer. Please now tell us how bad the facilities are in there....... People will bend the truth so far to try and back up a point.
  3. Eurosport has it on TV See any of the threads it's mentioned in
  4. Ooh, but doesn't that mean your season ticket was a hideous waste of money???? Sue the club I say
  5. According to BCFC David Dunn joined on a four year contract from us in the summer of 2003. That makes him eligible for escape in the summer of 2007. Want him HOME!!!
  6. Can I make that a little clearer - he was p*ssed out of his numpty. Not really a problem on a night like that I thought as he wasn't driving.
  7. well, hopefully he can get the same reaction ON the pitch. IT's so easy to push the Souser's buttons that only a fool team doesn't do it.
  8. You do know that £479 is the ordinary trip, it's £579 for the VIP package!!! (they sent me an email!) Still not going
  9. Bill's a lovely bloke, and I sit far enough away to not really be affected at home games. However, I went to Charlton away one year and he sat right beside me with the drum. By the end it wasn't that I had earache, I was physically nauseous with the pain of having the drum banged in my ear for the entire game. (we were also quite far back in their tin, covered stand so the reverberation didn't help!) So I can see both sides of the argument.
  10. I went of my own volition- my dad doesn't like football. Three
  11. GOOD The thought of a season without even the CHANCE of a flash of the lovely Andy's Abs or Pecs isn't palatable. I need time to get used to that thought!!!! (There's another couple of years until I had to worry about it)
  12. For the few that actually ARE fans as opposed to the ones who say they're fans and never attend, I think the lack of access to the games will make a difference, and I don't think the club should drop prices. I think we're already very competitive. Arsenal have 5 Category A games where the cheapest ticket is £46(nearest neighbours plus Manure). We need to maximise revenue from our nearest neighbours too. As for the numpty who said "it only cost me £32 to watch Arsenal away last season and this season Rovers are charging £36 to watch Everton" Can anyone spot the inconsistency????
  13. That's quite true!!! And his pecs..................
  14. That's probably the best suggestion we've had so far. You could buy a Category A+ one, or an A one or a B one, or one which mixes them, for different prices (all giving a matchday saving). However we'd still have some numpty complaining that they can't plan their life that far in advance.
  15. They don't care about that- they'd just be able to get a season ticket for less than the market value. In my books you have to balance the needs of the club with personal needs- which I think the club does better than most.
  16. no- you said we'd have "sold out signs up evey week" And it was advertised throughout Blackburn, on the website and on local radio- what more do you want them to do with a loss leader???
  17. Like we did for the two (three?) games last season which were a tenner? Get real.
  18. Theno- a lot of it is actually people trying to blame the club for their lifestyle choices. Most of them would find a reason not to go to a £10 game- "it's on the telly", "it's the price of 2 pints" While claiming that the club's stopping them- the world's greatest fan- from attending
  19. Just to make you feek even better- GRIMSBY'S cheapest adult season ticket is £286.
  20. Stu- wash your mouth out with soap!!! Don't you understand that praising the club for its ticketing policy is NOT allowed?
  21. Was he wrong? His replacement covered himself in SUCH amounts of glory, and Zurab was so strong and skilled too.
  22. However, unlike most managers, Keane is actually being paid MORE than most of his squad, which gives him a certain "show me the money" power over them.
