I disagree, at 24 he's the perfect age for the next step. But this season was meant to be one where he would further develop but he hasn't, and if anything his value has decreased as he's been out for so long. I think if he can stay injury free he's gone in January so O'Riordan is hopefully ready by then.

I would try and get something for Bucko and let Garrett out on loan to a top League One side, and get someone in to compete with JRC who's a bit too injury prone unfortunately. Striker, GK and a pacey winger probably must-get as well.

If we take up the options on Dolan and Gallagher but can't agree fresh terms, then we need to offload them both this summer. Dolan perhaps we can let expire due to his age, as we will get a fee anyway in 12 months time, but Gallagher is sign or go. Squad needs a serious shake-up.
