yeah but the formations dont stay the same all the time, players change positions througout the games. With those players we can easily(okay not really) defend with 2 holding midfielders and then switch to the other formation when in attack.

I am not sure but i think thats how it works - you like someone and you want him to be successful, you dont like him and you want him to fail. We all have teams/players that we cant stand and no matter how good they are doing we just want them to fail. Nothing to do with being objective here
