  1. Douglas had to play RB one match. That’s all I can think of.
  2. Just so unfortunate that we’re the only club to suffer from Covid and injuries this season.
  3. 100%. Starts with Madame and ends with Blingy! Given I believe he’s talking to them more and more via the media it may show that he feels just the teeniest bit of heat.
  4. That adds up - you could sense he had a hard on for Tony (if only Boro would take him off our hands). I wish the likes of Clemmit had actually watched us this season - he’s soon realise where we’re really at.
  5. There’s a long ‘journey’ for you to take on the podcast yet let alone with Mowbray’s Rovers my friend! Reading between the lines, it’s as much for the Rao’s as it is the fans this.
  6. If anyone can stomach it. The must interesting line to meet was where he says the owners ‘understand’ when we lose a few on the bounce:
  7. 9 points off the play-offs now (albeit we have one game in hand on sixth).
  8. Amen. Lockdown or no lockdown I’d have made my way up there and packed his bags for him. If anyone comes in with anything remotely acceptable, the club should snap their hands off.
  9. I mentioned a while ago but Stephen Warnock spoke to the athletic recently about Allardyce’s first few days at Rovers. It was straight to set pieces and defending. Who stands where, who marks who etc. At first the players were like ‘what is this guy about?’. However, he said the penny quickly dropped with them and he improved us overnight. Marginal gains and a little something called tactical nous. Mowbray hasn’t improved us one bit defensively... in FOUR years!
  10. Tony’s thought process right now... ’You can’t lose the game if you don’t play it’
  11. Obviously doesn’t fit with the TM narrative.
  12. I think people are underestimating them - they’re 2nd - 4 points clear of 3rd! Agree though, it’ll be a stroll for them.
  13. They can’t be far off being the form team of the league. They’ll want it too much and Mowbray will be outclassed. Can see either 3-1 or 2-0 to the Swans.
  14. From reading between the lines it would need to be Pasha to have a word in the ears of Madame/Blingy. I’d be amazed if Waggott held much sway with them.
  15. I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if Mowbray makes a dig or two this week about ‘unhelpful outside influences’ and the like, during one of his pressers. Perhaps Sharpe is getting a bit more ballsy as more of his work is done virtually these days!
  16. Jesus Christ does he even think before he speaks? How does nobody call him out on his b*llocks? Surprised a manager or two hasn’t had a pop back yet.
  17. Two wins in ten. Please, please just do the honourable thing Tony. FFS.
  18. This journey feels like some of the bus rides I had in South America. Never ending and constantly having my heart in my mouth.
  19. Finished 1-1. Just so meh. We are crying out for a change.
  20. For all the hard luck stories, that may well have gone out prior to Bucko slotting it in.
  21. I find it quite ironic that we’ve not had a shot given Mowbray spent most of the week talking about all the ‘shots’ we’ve been having like they equate to points.
  22. This would be Stoke’s second win in ten (all comps). Their other win in that run? Us.
  23. Historically under Mowbray we go on a decent run following a set of poor results. Winless in 5-6, win 2-4, repeat. Something feels different this time. I can’t see us winning 3-4 on the spin again under him. Heck I can’t see us winning one right now to be honest.
