  1. The commentators reckoned some of the fielders were struggling to pick the ball up in the low sunlight and/or the glare off the various glass windows for much of the game. Alex Davies seemed to suffer a couple of times and even one where we held the catch, the fielder shook his head as if to say “I didn’t really see it”
  2. He’s about 63 or 64 I think.
  3. He hasn't been out of work for the past 4 years, I don't know where this has come from.
  4. Andy Lewis ft Paul Weller - Are You Trying To be Lonely?
  5. Louis Oosthuizen's form in the majors this year has been very good, he just doesn't seem able to close one out. Hovland is a good bet, as is Speith. But if I were to stick my neck out and pick a winner it would have to be Koepka. Even at 75% he has the game to win major tournaments. An incredible player.
  6. Ronnie Lane and Slim Chance - How Come?
  7. The 'carry forward' points are Lancs 16.5 and Yorks 4.5 I believe. So in a way Yorks have been punished as they have deprived themselves of improving their points carry forward, as well as reducing ours. Lancs in a healthy position going into the last 4 games.
  8. The Small Faces - My Mind's Eye
  9. You don't need commentary to know that Lancs are well on top 😜🍻
  10. The Jam - But I’m Different Now
  11. Paul Weller - Out of the Sinking
  12. Johnny Nash - Tears On My Pillow
  13. I think he was a Rover too Tony. I certainly used to see him down at Ewood regularly in the 70s and 80s. He always had time for a chat too. Lovely fella and a top player. RIP
  14. Rovers kit is interesting today. When I say interesting I mean shit, and not a Blackburn Rovers kit……
  15. Boney M - Brown Girl In The Ring
  16. Take a bow for this sentence alone - made me spill my brew!
  17. Great stuff Mike, well played mate
  18. David Bowie - Golden Years
  19. I don't think that's the case Joe, although the only ones I know who did it were tiny companies. Although if Waggott could show that he was unable to carry out revenue-generating work (insert your own punch line here), then it is technically possible I think for him to have been put on furlough leave.
  20. Has to be a Neil Young song to follow that - but which one……. Alabama, Love is a Rose, Stringman or Southern Man? Neil Young - Love Is a Rose
  21. The Jam - News of the World
  22. @rebelzero the objective is to keep the game going mate, not block everyone off :) The Sensational Alex Harvey Band - Boston Tea Party
