  1. Blondie - Heart of Glass
  2. Why did he not only get changed but ‘lost’ the clothes he had been wearing that night? Did he anticipate the neo-nazi police were about to frame him?
  3. While this is true there are also a significant number of what we would call ‘glory hunters’. I would also wager that most Celtic fans have never seen the inside of a chapel, likewise the other lot and a church.
  4. This. I used to work in Motherwell and there is a mass exodus of old firm fans leaving the town in droves whenever Celtic or Rangers are playing. I’m sure places like Paisley, Greenock etc are the same. If even a fraction of them went to Fir Park (or St Mirren Park or Cappielow) instead it would make such a difference to those town teams. Rovers have the same problem with United and Liverpool and have had for 50 years. But it seems worse/more obvious in Scotland.
  5. The DNA evidence alone was overwhelming. Then when you realise that he had conveniently disposed of other incriminating evidence (clothes that he had been wearing on the night etc) but the clincher for me was the Bruno Magli shoes. The odds on it being anyone other than OJ Simpson that committed those murders was literally billions to one. Joe Bloggs would have been convicted on much less evidence than that and like @Gav I watched the trial live at the time as it was fascinating.
  6. The Beatles - Your Mother Should Know
  7. The Jam - Running On the Spot
  8. Not out yet mate. Released on his 66th birthday at the end of May (hence the title). He's playing KGH on Tuesday for those lucky enough to have a ticket. I’m coming down for it ✊🏻🍻
  9. The Ruts - Babylon’s Burning
  10. Paul Weller - Broken Stones
  11. I’ve seen enough to be cautiously hopeful Abs. That real enough for you? 😂😉
  12. Who’d be a football manager? Pulls out an amazing result just when we needed it and gets begrudging praise from some and not even that from others. He might not be a legend but to get that sort of reaction from the team, particularly the defence, after what happened on Wednesday means he must have something about him, because that set of players have rarely shown cajones like that when we have really needed them to, regardless of who the manager has been.
  13. Aye and I actually thought they might sneak a play off place. Shame 😐
  14. what a fucking result!! (I may be under the affluence of incohol) 🍻🍻🍻
  15. Yeah we possibly play them at a good time
  16. You forgot 'murderer'...
  17. While I agree with your overall point at least one of these is a true statement and a fair comment. Rovers fans should take up the challenge, buy a ticket and out sing the sheep shaggers.
  18. We absolutely have to score the first goal in both of these forthcoming games. Doing so will make the Leeds crowd nervous and dampen down the 7000 sheep shaggers in the Darwen End next week.
  19. I’m as pissed off as anyone with the way things are going but we are absolutely not at this point yet. it is entirely in our own hands. Win our two home games and we will stay up. Possibly just one of them (Sheff Wed)
  20. Rubber Dinghy Johnny Man
  21. To be fair Coyle was probably a better player than half of his squad.
  22. Yeah I got my Sheff clubs mixed up Tony, which is odd because I usually thinks it’s Wednesday on a Tuesday 😉
  23. You should have watched to the end mate, we lost that one as well 😂😂
