Most managers have a limited period of effectiveness at a club. I can only think of a handful in the near 50 years I've been watching the game who bucked that trend, and Sean Dyche is not fit to be mentioned in the same breath as those 'greats'. So it isn't really a matter of him having 'lost it' its more a case of he has taken it as far as he can. I look forward to us competing against each other again next season Longers.

To suggest that he 'only' signed 2 black players over such a long period of time as a manager is an odd thing to focus on don't you think. Especially when it is absolute bunkum. Without checking I would wager that Dalglish signed dozens upon dozens of black players in his career.
