  1. Hendricksson off. Less touches on the ball than Toth
  2. 2 min in and Kargbo has some more than hedges and de Neve combined
  3. No where near enough pointless step overs and spins
  4. Good save that. Second best everywhere. Out worked with sub par players is a recipe for disaster. This has 0-4 all over it
  5. Because he’s the only option for that position without Cantwell or Tyjon available. Likely hasn’t even kicked a ball with the side before today.
  6. Beating us to every 50:50. We look a step off it
  7. Hendricks son missed the header completely from that throw.
  8. 1-0 Kargbo comes on in the second half to secure the winner against tired legs.
  9. Starting XI last campaign. I’d say we’re weaker at right back, better at left back. Middle 2 the same. Much better in goal. Then the 4 attackers, 2 the same. And it’s JRC and Dolan out De Neve and Ohashi in. All in all the side is very similar to a year ago.
  10. I think kargbo has the chance to be the highest scorer of the entire group. Also think De Neve will get more than 2 if he gets the minutes in that advanced roll. Hedges is who he is, a squad filler. anyhow I’d Expect our front 4 to be De Neve, hedges, Ohashi and Gueye. Not much different than 12 months ago when it was JRC, Dolan, Hedge, Gueye.
  11. We needed more scoring from the wingers and 10 role already. Weiman, Dolan, ACD werent exactly prolific scorers either. I’d bet Mioshi, De Neve, kargbo could match the output we got last season. I’d hope Cantwell is better band think starting with Ribeiro vs Pickering is an upgrade from last years start. Brittian obviously a big loss. I would say we’re worse off than a year ago but I don’t think it’s a huge difference from the start 12 months ago. Where we will be worse is service from our right back position and without Batth the defensive back line. Point is we’re not really any worse up front, but we were very good to begin with. Weimann and Dolan both had 7 a piece but anyone watching them play last year would feel that number was well below what you’d expect. one thing for sure, we cannot expect Hedges to contribute to the attack so without a quality right winger we are significantly worse off than before.
  12. That’s most certainly the case but footballers like wives want to feel wanted and appreciated. Once that’s lost it’s hard to get it back
  13. Could you beam Trav for not signing a new contract? Sure he’s our captain and came up through our academy, but it was just 2 years ago we sent him out on loan to save on wages. Basically telling him he’s not good enough, then a year later he started nearly every match and was our captain. Doesn’t exactly make you feel like the club truly values him
  14. Imagine being bothered by us spending £2,000,000
  15. Seems to prefer a more central role than an out right winger, still right side and would be a great fit if we have a right wing back behind him
  16. It’ll make more sense when Trav and Sonny are shipped off
  17. The best part of downgrading the roster is no one is irreplaceable because no one is good enough to be considered as such. Job well done Venkys!
  18. Think it’s funny one of millers best traits is his long throw… to who? Who in our side is he throwing into the box to?
