Not very comforting to read that on the eve of the transfer window opening it’s reported that we are PLANNING to hold discussions with potential candidates. Planing to maybe talk to them. As in we’re still at square 1. As in we’re operating as if we had no idea there was an opening for manager before now. Fucking shambles!

Seems a good appointment and better it was made before the manager appointment, even if that last part wasn’t on purpose

If we sold Carter does anyone actually think even 10 pence will be available to bring in other players. At this point we should probably keep everyone until their contract runs out, since £0 ever are reinvested in the club.

I have to imagine that part of the purse closing was due to the poor return in investments up until the last days of the summer window. TM had dishes out million of pounds on 2 center forwards, who appeared to be poor investments. Dack and Ayala were on massive wages in the treatment room. Downing, Elliot and others were also paid well, with little team success. With one year left on his deal, it seems the decision was made TM had enough support for the end product. I hope the new manager gets the same or bigger budget that TM had the last 3 years.

TM wont drop a center back to chase a goal in the last 20 min, not sure how he’d drop one for Ayala…in fact maybe he’ll play with 4 center backs

I almost find myself hoping Sheffield win on Saturday. This way I can watch the game without any hope at all that we can make top 6. I've known for weeks we weren't going to do it, but every match I there's just a little hope that it will turn around, only to be disappointed. If Sheffield go 6 clear then the hope will be gone and I can stop caring once again.

He can’t use his left. Every time he gets the ball on the wing it’s a back pass, cross through the defender with his right, or an attempt to go by with speed. If he could one in a while cut in on his left it would do his game wonders.

Johnson for Buckley was almost as absurd as Edun over Dack on Friday. Buckley on today changed the match, why he was left out, or not subbed on after 20 min is criminal

Dolan has the incredible ability to take too many touches when he needs to play quick and play quick when he needs to take a player on.

Buckley on has made a huge difference. Assuming Diaz is sold he’ll be our best player next year. The team sheet the last two weeks to start have been atrocious. Edun last Johnson today stand out as miserable decisions. Only one man to blame. Last week should have been Dack instead of Edun this week Buckley from the start.
