  2. I'm not sure we will sustain the highest scoring record and improve on it....i thi k we will fall away and stsy mid table. Its a psychological problem against teams above them.

  6. I think the evidence lies with previous cases of players entering their final 6 months, particularly a lad like Nyambe who is yet to hit his peak. My view is that he believes that a different manager would benefit his career. He will be looking to quadruple his wages next season somewhere. If he has a good agent and he keeps playing well. What is embarrassing is that Mowbray is forced into playing him in the shop window cos the alternatives are so shit....as we saw on Saturday.

  8. I'd sell Dack of those you mention. We seem to be ok for goals. Letting them in is our issue, so I wouldn't want to further weaken the team by selling our best defender.
  9. Is that you Tony.? So, our weakest part of the team and you would sell the strongest part of that bit? This is the Kevin Keegan school of management with poorer players. Nyambe should be up there on one of the best wages at the club. He can play effectively at right back, right wing back and also centre half..... Sometimes i do wonder.
  10. Do you? Mowbray hasn't bought a good defender since he came. I'd rather keep what we got but looks like Mowbrays mismanaged Nyambe to me.

  16. Absolutely. Rothwell has just put 5k on his next wage with the goal on Saturday. I believe Nyambe decided to run his contract down when he was sitting on the bench watching Benno play there last season for too many games. Shoddy management but he will blame the Indians and just sail through on his big wages

  21. Why is he getting a free pass here.? His job was to defend and show the winger onto his left foot at all costs. He didn't even try, his communication with his runner was non existent. Someone claimed his part in the goal was great......I've only watched the Quest highlights but he never touched it 8 passes from the goal so I fail to see how he influenced it as some seem to suggest earlier. Magnifying a couple of simple passes here and there as potentially world class etc...I just don't get it. He doesn't score, his tackling is non existent, his work rate is lacking, his build seems small and lightweight, does he have a best position.? When is he going to play a full match and really grab the game by the scruff of the neck? Not my cup of tea.
  22. Has to be 2 defenders. Phillips on loan from Liverpool and Sam Byram to replace Nyambe.
