It's crackers to think any 17 year old can play in the championship at centre half. We've overpromoted him to keep him happy, at what cost to the first team in the long run.? For me, he needs to get out on loan where mistakes don't cost us anything. I could get him a loan out tomorrow, NLN would be a good start.

When you get a young forward from a decent Premier league club you expect an Archer or Davies....this lad is way off them two.

A lad i know he's out at Chester from PNE at moment, very good left back. Being out on loan has done him world of good, first choice at Chester gives him a good base to challenge next season for a first team place....Cirino needs that before we can throw him into proper football.

Cirino is now 20, he needs a stint out on loan I think. Bit of mens football for a bit see if he can cement a place in a national league side or similar

Yep, spot on. Its an experience and maturation issue. His body cannot play a full 90 mins in that position, especially as other teams bring on fresh forwards on 60+ minutes, plus he doesn't have the experience to recoginise his opponents strength and use his body to at least take him off balance. Its an age thing, he'll learn but i just hope it doesn't cost us points whilst he is learning and growing.
