The difference is stark for me this season as we have a manager that I think will have players wanting to do well for him....I think he's the exact opposite to Mogadon in that respect. JDT has something about him as a person, he's engaging, young, players could Google him and he's been a top top player... It can make all the difference and I think it will.

Leonard is the one that needs a chance in the first team area next. I've been impressed with him and his development. He's been outstanding against some good sides at U21s etc (he was our only player v Liverpool u23s last season and they had a team full of Mortons who are all on loan at clubs, Bradley at Bolton too). I'd like to see him on the bench.

He struggles with basics, not sure our formation really matters.

Ye he thinks he's worth 10m, so I'd sell him for 6m...let Mogadon make a little bit
