  1. ok, not come here for a couple days and cant bve assed scrolling - can someone pls just summarise any transfer activity? Thanks in advance.
  2. Neil is a better manager than Mowbray. They have downgraded. He will steady the ship like here but not much else.
  3. The guy who does the Championship predictions on Skysports website. Ex player. https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/11938403/david-pruttons-sky-bet-championship-predictions
  4. Anass? Up there with Anel that we tried to sign.
  5. If you're Sunderland, surely you go out of your way to Dyche. How Mowbray is even in the conversation alludes me.
  6. Mowbrays reputation preceeds him - my favorite from that TM thread on Sunderlands board is... Followed by
  7. Where has it been said they were after that sort of money when we were offering contracts a year or so ago?
  8. Why? Lenihan got team of the season. Van Hecke player of the Season. how can you say Caulker and hyam will be better than those two?
  9. It can't just be 3 - It's not enough. Maybe he meant permanents? We have plenty of loan slots to fill. Plus, does that three include if BBD goes (which he will)?
  10. Don't think anyone thought it would be a disaster given his pedigree. Seemed a decent punt at the time. Didn't prove to be a good one in my view.
  11. Francis Jeffers, Danny Wallace, Paul Goddard, Tony Kay, Geoff Bradford, Bill Nicholson, jack Lee, just for starters. Okay, I cheated - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_England_international_footballers_with_one_cap
  12. There was another striker - name has done me though. Bolton lad i think.
  13. He really wasnt that good at all. Previous England international, still young, bought for 17 million? Nah, there is a reason he ended up in Australia before 30. he really should have bossed the Championship - head not in it.
  14. Think he has perhaps wanted out for a while. He is only on a one-year rolling contract at Sunderland. Was offered a new long term one last season but he rejected saying he was happy on the rolling contract.
