Well we differ on that front. Important to finish as strongly and confidently as possible. Top half is within reach. Yes it would have been nice to have some u23s on the bench but the overreaction is daft. A good win and performance today and I’m very glad for it.

Probably yes, but I have been a bit underwhelmed by him this season - had high hopes he’d kick on. Immaterial though for me - I don’t think keeping the team captain in the side after two good results and performances should be this much of a shock.

Basically our best team and just one change from a good away win last week... PATHETIC! We’d all like to see some new faces on the bench but Christ.

Nah probably not, but I didn’t say that. I certainly don’t think we should drop players after two good performances just because you don’t like them.

Bennett has played well last couple of games... Tough to change a winning team, I still want to get as many points as possible, but I’d have liked to have seen some of the u23s on the bench... Hopefully dropping Raya might give him a little kick up the arse.

Don’t know why everyone is crapping their pants about Mowbray not giving game time to youth... I may be misremembering - Didn’t he gave Travis his debut? Either way he turned him into a regular and Nuttall a regular in the squad. This season alone he has given debuts to Magloire, Grayson, Butterworth, Buckley. I thought we’d only really debuted Nyambe and Raya (TM made him his No.1 btw) in the past few years prior? Isn't that a decent pathway for the young lads during a high stakes promotion campaign and a re-entry season in the Champ? When you watch the interviews with the young lads half of the reason they are so motivated and the likes of Buckley signed a new contract is because they can see a realistic path into the first team... Does everything really have to be twisted into “Mowbray is an idiot” because I don’t know if I understand this one... Surely this is our youngest squad in years too?? Correct me if I’m mis-remembering or forgetting anyone, honestly.
