Well I'm there for the opener and plan on going to a good handful of home games in the coming months, then maybe a half season tkt at Christmas First time ive excitedly wanted to go to games in years, would have got a season tkt if money wasn't so tight right now and i work odd weekends... My last season ticket was for Bowyers first full season in charge! We had a great bunch of players that year and if i remember right there was also a massive incentive of a vastly reduced season tkt for the following season if we where to get promoted! Sadly we know how that went, Bowyers lack of tactical know how and match day management skills being very amature.

To be honest I'm not sure why we're so eager to move him out, he gives a bit of competition to brittain down the right and offers adequate back up if brittain misses games

Really not getting good vibes about this Morton, seems a bit of a laxadasical Leighton Clarkson, i just think centre midfield is the one area that you need your own men giving everything for the club, not loan players that have the option to just hide away when the going gets tough

Seems a good lad, Needs to step up his game a gear this season though (but then tbf so do a few others in his age bracket at the club) That's if we want to progress anyway🤷‍♂️

Naa i think it's best to keep our very best youngsters close to our chest! The lower quality training and facilities at a div 1 or 2 league club would only hinder his progress. Don't want him to end up as another Maguire in a few years! He was very highly thought of in his teens

If he's not going to be a starter at Brighton I think he'll be back one way or another🤞🤞 Not sure a season long loan would make much sense from Brightons point of few though if his contracts up in 12 months! So that makes me think Nico is on the wind up this evening.

No i agree in this instance, but it does bring to head a major flaw in relying on our youth system for the future and spending so many millions each year on the Accedmy and keeping category A status, when all the real cream of our youngsters get virtually stolen by the big clubs before even really breaking into our first team and we're just left with all the average players. I think like most aspects of rovers these days the only way it could improve would be if we became a respectable Premiership club again. 🙏🙏

Seeing bits and bobs of philips in pre season games and training he does look the real deal... a very serious and focused young man, would be great if he could make the step up this year as backup for Wharton and Ayala, really hope he sees sense soon though and gets a new contract signed 😩

It's not the end ofctge would if nothing goes through before the qpr game, just a little frustrating they couldn't keep up the momentum after brittains signing to quickly get a couple more in and really get everyone buzzing

Van Hecke's also only got a year left on his contract (unless they have an option to extend it) one website saying he only earns around 5k a week at brighton (no idea how close to being acurate that is)

Reports saying we offered Davies 26k per week if he came here on loan, I can't imagine Van Hecke being on much more than 20k at brighton. I think if Hecke's not likely to be a regular starter there and he pushed for a move we'd get him for a few mill(plus future add ons, sell on clauses, etc...)
