  1. I’d take Gueye off, we’re about to be playing with 10 men
  2. Unfortunately, these are the real Rovers; not the ones who defeated two recently promoted sides. But, once again, Burnley has a plan; we are a project…
  3. As far as I’m concerned, burnley simply moving out high wages, bringing in younger, potentially better, players. Over time, I think it helps them. Burnley (& other teams) have a plan. We at Rovers, are a project. I’d like to think we have a shot because they’ve had so many changes, so fast; alas, I prophesy a 3-1 battering at twerp morgue
  4. Judging by comments, it appears liquor sales are up wherever Rovers fandom abides 😆 coping mechanism, for sure
  5. I love seeing Rovers go as far as they can in Cup play, beating WHU & Leicester was highlight of the season for me. Gotta go for the gusto. If I’m not starting my best players, I rest ‘em the first half, & bring ‘em in the 2nd. 3-1.
  6. Thanks, sympatheticclaret, I appreciate your comments. You guys definitely have the upper hand on us recently, in terms of wins, & PL appearances. I know it will be a battle at your place, I just hope Rovers do not embarrass themselves. Right now, I would settle for a 0-0 draw. I think we’re stuck with Pears, maybe a clean sheet would do wonders for him. At any rate, this is always a battle. Good luck the rest of the season!
  7. I agree with all thats been said about our strongest 11. The only thing I’d add, is I want to see Siggy more. I still believe this guy is capable of scoring goals and helping us. I say he gets two vs Tangarines. Brittain & Gueye with an assist each in this one. COYB!
  8. Rovers win, Dingles lose , yippee! & Sammie scores on Citeh
  9. I cannot imagine any scenario where Rovers lose this one: healthy, in form, at Ewood, etc. So it probably happens. I agree there’s an enormous possibility of slipping on a banana, but Rovers pull it out of the fire late, 3-2, thanks to Yuki. COYB!
  10. outstanding! To get a point from that train wreck
  11. Meanwhile, at Kenilworth Road, our old ‘keeper, Walton has had little to do vs Liverpool. Makes a heady save there…
  12. Rovers aren’t a threadbare squad anymore. I enjoy having attacking options. Cautiously predicting all three points for the good guys at Carrow Rd, COYB!!
  13. Driving back home from Surfside, Texas, during the game, I appreciate all the good comments, guys. No doubt, Rovers are stronger up front. Yuki, Gueye, Weimann, & Mak, Rovers might’ve hit Paydirt using the shotgun approach. Pick up enough players, one or two are bound to pan out. Now, hopefully be ready for Carrow Road this weekend.
  14. I feel there is something going on with Siggy- scuttlebutt, rumors of a deal in the works, etc? If he ever gets fit, he would be a decent goal scorer, imo. But, I’m sure his wages must be high, & others have been brought in.
  15. Give all the new lads a runout… Mak, Sauce, Batth, Weimann, & the toffees’ reject gk.
  16. 17,975. lights stay on another week
  17. Anybody see attendance? I’m guessing 14,000+
