Was a cracking game to watch live, good atmosphere, lots of chances and plenty of moments of (false) hope. My observations: - Suicidal substitutions. Trying to shut up shop was all wrong. Brittain was well off it when he came on. - Could have been so different if Hedges shot had gone in. - Morton - just a poor poor footballer for me. Gave it away loads but sure he’ll be first choice next game. - Opponents - just a horrible team with equally horrible fans. They deserve everything they hopefully get re points deductions Anyway. Onwards and upwards. Hopefully more to come in the league.

I don’t get this suicidal approach in the second half. Pressing so high whilst 5/6-0 down seems insane, regardless of Kompany’s “philosophy”

This is fucking superb 😂

I see selective quotes from this thread have made it on to a Sheffield United forum. It’s got them so rattled it’s hilarious 😂 Didn’t think our friends from across the Pennines were so thin skinned. One of them called us a “beige” club. I mean if we’re a nothing club what the fuck does that make them? Zero history in comparison

They do unfortunately seem like one of the best sides the Championship has had for a few years - still that's what happens when you spend essentially more than the rest of the league combined on transfer fees (let's not get into the bollocks that is "but what about net spend!!!").

Well it's good to have hobbies to fill your free time (which you certainly have a lot of to be spending it on here, talking about a rival clubs statutory filings...)

Good. Regardless of issue of policing a midweek game, they deserve the minimum purely on a tit for tat basis.

At the start of this season when we were on a great run but had shit xG stats there were a few posts "concerned" about it (myself included) But in the last month or so we've certaintly passed the eye test, including creating about 38 great chances at Leicester. If we turn up this evening as we have in recent weeks we'll dick you 3/4-nil. -

On what basis? Only one I can think of is that you don't have to look at the Riverside? -
Veil is slipping today for all these "nice" Dingles on here. Rattled for some reason. Very thin skinned.

There's no a chance we only lose one more between now and end of the season. It's easy to look at this league on paper and think you should win most games but it just doesn't work like that - see getting pumped off PNE and Rotherham of all teams... -

Welcome! Always good to have more people padding the somewhat reduced numbers of late! JWU is best view in the stadium, BBE is better in your youth/when there's a good atmosphere. Season tickets for next season will probably be announced and on sale sometime in September... Final point worth noting, as a rule, we prefer "Rovers" not "Blackburn" -
and it’s our right to tell you to fuck off…

It’s absolutely mad to be in March whilst winning games and going up the table. Not been used to it under the dour tosser -

Superb performance. Fantastic it’s against such a horrible club as well. Nothing to fear for rest of the season -

The standard of officiating in this league it a complete disgrace. -

Snap your hand off for a draw right now. In others news, fuck knows why they’re allowed a towel. It’s our ground, stuff left at the side of it should be collected and chucked in the bin. -
It’s just a bit “meh”. Home against anyone or “big” side away would’ve been more exciting. That said 90 mins against a team from our own division away from a game at Wembley. You’d take that at the start of a cup run wouldn’t you.

It’s a shit ground, no atmosphere, stupid mingling behind the away stand and we get beat whenever I go
