  1. They are only allowed to send running costs (if approved). See November court document as reference. HMRC, Wages and Bills. Transfer money is not a necessity (in the eyes of the Enforcement Directorate). They cannot just ask to send what they want.
  2. This is part of the process. They can only send funds which are essential and proven, after the court agrees. If you look at the court docs from the last transfer you will see the itemised request from the club of essentials. Wages, taxes, bills. This is the request which has been sent. i.e. if the club doesn't request funds, there is no court case. In court, the judge will rule on the request and if agreed, the transfer can be made as long as they put the same amount away in the bank guarantee. If the judge says no, for example if the ED case has more evidence, then we get nothing. If the hearing is delayed (again) we get nothing. FACT.
  3. Southgate needs to be sacked tomorrow. Pure luck. Not making subs was criminal.
  4. July salaries covered now. Just the electric bill to worry about.
  5. Clearly you are nodding away at the club's propoganda words without the ability to think about it yourself. Go on then, we are going to be spending millions because Steve said. Lets watch this uninhibited funding unfold together. No excuses mind, like "we didn't need any money sending because the Wharton income was paying the bills. They could have if they needed to". Actions not words Sleepy Joe.
  6. You are dreaming. Why are you completely ignoring the facts ? We don't have any beans until after Aug 20 or after we sell.
  7. There is no Raya money. He's still a Brentford player until at least June 30 or maybe even another year. Wharton money - bills, wages, HMRC. Aug 20 in court. No money until at least after that.
  8. Don't be silly. Unless they are 12yo we don't have any money to buy anyone. Unless of course we stop paying the bills and the wages.
  9. Less STs sold Far Less Adult tickets More kids Far less net income The end of the cheap tickets argument / experiment. Nil point. Last time they will be doing that. And when the season kicks off... the starting price for a Rovers ST is now £449. Considering "20 is Plenty" then it is less than £20 per game so good value.
  10. Exactly. This is the point continuely missed. Easily 8000 do not go because of the owners. Each one was broken at different times by different events. For me it was the Lambert fiasco. Personally, I will go back as soon as they go and there are a good few more. But as Matty often says many have got too old, passed, found new things to do, stopped giving a shit, even one has taken to watching Man U. They won't go back of course. Nevertheless, they do not go because of the owners and won't go back for cheap ticket bribes. So unfortunately we will plod along with those 7/8/9000 STs until they leave as there is no other scenario. Fingers crossed for a 20th August ban on sending money to VLL.
  11. Words words words. This season is different to last season. The £30 reduction means only an idiot who intends to buy will not take advantage. In 2 days the price goes up by £80 and there will be no ongoing sales. So if 7500 is smashed, it is also a net loss of MANY ST holders & it is certainly a hell of a long way from entry into the £10K for 10K competiion.... cough. Not to mention that there will be significant growth in kids tickets = even bigger loss of adult tickets = massive reduction in revenue. What a self induced disaster.
  12. It has nothing to do with the price. It is entirely because of the owners. Bizarre how ST holders pretend to understand why we won't go back. I suppose its better than the resignation that nothing can be done about it. Anyway. 20th August.
  13. The problem this summer is the money can't be reinvested into the squad. It is needed to pay bills, wages & HMRC. The Owners can't send any money due the restrictions from their Investigation by the Enforcement Directorate, without applying to the court. Next hearing is scheduled for Aug 20th so until (at least) then it is illegal for them to send any money. This means the club has to use its own funds (generated from transfers) to pay all of it's operational running costs. If the date is delayed again or they get refused permission to transfer running costs, we will only be playing next season until the emergency credit runs out in the meter. So the discussion about reinvesting transfer income or not seems fairly pointless.
  14. Lets be honest, not many folk are going to decide to wait until phase 2 and pay an extra 80 quid. It seems too daft for words. More so for anyone choosing the finance option. So June 22 is the deadline when we will know the true number of ST holders. 3000 is a long way off 9500 and a million miles off 12000. Only a Marquee signing or two would create a surge (laughing emoji) but otherwise, I will say "almost 6000" (more being U12) so a bit of a disaster for Suhail and Steve.
  15. 1200 in 12 hours has no meaning or context. Even if the entire 9500 bought in the first 12 hours it would still be 9500. The fact is they have been very clever here and have well and truely fucked WATR. The pricing isn't attractive. The pricing is attractive to buy in phase 1 or not at all. However everything else at the club is rotten. We are selling just to pay the bills (downgrading the squad) and cutting costs further. When the ST sales have not increased and revenue is down, they will say to WATR, "see told you, cheap tickets don't work. Proven." Actually the primary reason will be the off field Venky shit show driving sensible fans away. The only thing I find amusing is, with 18000 empty seats. They will let kids in at £12 (bum on a seat) but they won't let adults in for £200. There appears to be a conflict here which makes no sense. Whilst I see that a kid needs an adult, I don't see any evidence of new adults going just because they can take their kid for £12. More kids will certainly go but less adults. Revenue will be down. Club will say "told you". The season will be dire. More adults will walk away. More costs will be cut. The reversal only starts when the Raos have left the club. Fact.
  16. This is just a stunt to get everyone to buy in the first month. That means they are already comitted when the transfer window unfolds, the reality sinks in & expectations are announced as avoiding finishing bottom. 3000 will probably fall for it.
  17. Eustace the other day said something about he has challenged 2 players to step up with goals next season. One will be Gally. The other could be Dolan or Siggy or one of the kids. Whatever, the thing for me is this tells us no striker is coming and our striker has to come from within. Eustace knows and is working within that remit. I recommend not spending 3 months talking about new strikers.
  18. 100% of the £17m has gone back into the club. We are using it on wages, HMRC and bills. As its the only source of income, without it, we would have already entered administration. Putting off the inevitable mind.
  19. Gregg was part of the project which changed due to the owners being unable to fund the club. JDT and Gregg went at the same time. Gregg just been gardening.
  20. That money will need to contribute to paying wages, HMRC and the electricity bill. STs are not going down in price. Forget it. We haven't got any money and the owners can't send any until at least after August 20th. Down Ewood, they have to plan for the worst and hope for the best. The likelyhood is this "company" will be insolvent before long.
  21. I'm calling it now. Over 500 pages. Also Wharton is out for the season so totally pointless listing him in the squad. Even the club won't be doing that. Based on Gregg's recent form, I imagine our first 3 signings will be (soon), Fadz Gally Dolan Then it will go very quiet until after 20th August, whilst we hear propganda via the LT about getting business done early and 3 done already.
  22. We have no money until after 20th August. We will make up the numbers with loans on the same wages. Then we will do this all over again next season. With Gally, without Sammie.
