  1. This is simply wrong. Firstly, the club, the players, the fixed assets all belong to the Raos. Wharton was developed by their money, his contract was theirs and the sale money is theirs. They are using their self generated UK money instead of sending new money from India. They have been saying for several years that they want the club to be self funding (which we know is next to impossible in the Championship). Presently that is what is happening. As far as the EFL will be concerned, the Raos will be good, stable, proven owners. Don't forget they represent over 40 sides below us with far less than us. Only when they can't pay HMRC, wages and bills will the administrator get called in by Waggott. Some way off that whilst we have saleable players. Fingers crossed it happens sooner rather than later. Only prolonging the inevitable.
  2. I would take Eddie Yeats over Samir (and Gally).
  3. 551 since the price hike ? 50 per day ?
  4. He only gets paid to keep Suhail in the shadows. Talking about Waggott, instead of making Suhail accountable means he gets an easy ride. Steve couldn't give a fuck as he gets paid very handsomely for his professional deception.
  5. This £200 canvas banner has been up that many years, all the colour has run frim the letters. They will walk past it every day and not even notice. Get another decade at least out of it.
  6. Hhmmm how best to explain this.... Think of Steve as Pinocchio Strings go up into the shadows Think of Suhail as Geppetto
  7. The problem (for them) is if they are honest in the ST window, sales tank when they basically need.... cash. So they have told a whopper to deflect attention and made the ST window only 1 month long to maximise sales before the cat escapes its bag. We did all know that, right?
  8. WATR support the club 100% but yeah agreed, not many others.
  9. This sounds like you are working for the club now. Time for self reflection imo.
  10. Correct but they won't. MG said, they won't be confrontational with the club. Nicely tucked in Waggotts back pocket. Waggott won't reinstate the consultation meetings because they meet the fanboy forum and WATR which allegedly represent the fanbase. Neither do. WATR starry eyed and hamstrung by their MOU. What a disgrace. I recommend people cancel their memberships until the MOU is ripped up, the trust wake up and start holding the club to account. Venkys Out is the only way.
  11. They are only allowed to send running costs (if approved). See November court document as reference. HMRC, Wages and Bills. Transfer money is not a necessity (in the eyes of the Enforcement Directorate). They cannot just ask to send what they want.
  12. This is part of the process. They can only send funds which are essential and proven, after the court agrees. If you look at the court docs from the last transfer you will see the itemised request from the club of essentials. Wages, taxes, bills. This is the request which has been sent. i.e. if the club doesn't request funds, there is no court case. In court, the judge will rule on the request and if agreed, the transfer can be made as long as they put the same amount away in the bank guarantee. If the judge says no, for example if the ED case has more evidence, then we get nothing. If the hearing is delayed (again) we get nothing. FACT.
  13. Southgate needs to be sacked tomorrow. Pure luck. Not making subs was criminal.
  14. July salaries covered now. Just the electric bill to worry about.
  15. Clearly you are nodding away at the club's propoganda words without the ability to think about it yourself. Go on then, we are going to be spending millions because Steve said. Lets watch this uninhibited funding unfold together. No excuses mind, like "we didn't need any money sending because the Wharton income was paying the bills. They could have if they needed to". Actions not words Sleepy Joe.
  16. You are dreaming. Why are you completely ignoring the facts ? We don't have any beans until after Aug 20 or after we sell.
  17. There is no Raya money. He's still a Brentford player until at least June 30 or maybe even another year. Wharton money - bills, wages, HMRC. Aug 20 in court. No money until at least after that.
  18. Don't be silly. Unless they are 12yo we don't have any money to buy anyone. Unless of course we stop paying the bills and the wages.
  19. Less STs sold Far Less Adult tickets More kids Far less net income The end of the cheap tickets argument / experiment. Nil point. Last time they will be doing that. And when the season kicks off... the starting price for a Rovers ST is now £449. Considering "20 is Plenty" then it is less than £20 per game so good value.
  20. Exactly. This is the point continuely missed. Easily 8000 do not go because of the owners. Each one was broken at different times by different events. For me it was the Lambert fiasco. Personally, I will go back as soon as they go and there are a good few more. But as Matty often says many have got too old, passed, found new things to do, stopped giving a shit, even one has taken to watching Man U. They won't go back of course. Nevertheless, they do not go because of the owners and won't go back for cheap ticket bribes. So unfortunately we will plod along with those 7/8/9000 STs until they leave as there is no other scenario. Fingers crossed for a 20th August ban on sending money to VLL.
  21. Words words words. This season is different to last season. The £30 reduction means only an idiot who intends to buy will not take advantage. In 2 days the price goes up by £80 and there will be no ongoing sales. So if 7500 is smashed, it is also a net loss of MANY ST holders & it is certainly a hell of a long way from entry into the £10K for 10K competiion.... cough. Not to mention that there will be significant growth in kids tickets = even bigger loss of adult tickets = massive reduction in revenue. What a self induced disaster.
  22. It has nothing to do with the price. It is entirely because of the owners. Bizarre how ST holders pretend to understand why we won't go back. I suppose its better than the resignation that nothing can be done about it. Anyway. 20th August.
