  1. Great picture in the LT https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/18306070.match-day-parking-blackburn-rovers-ewood-park/
  2. Your 2865 allocation at Bramall Lane for your big Yorkshire derby or your 2333 allocation at the Turd for your other Yorkshire derby.... If you qualify for a ticket of course.
  3. There is a good thing to come out of all this.... The club staff now have no matches to arrange so plenty of time for them to conclude looking into everything they have been looking into. Expect to see some action at Ewood (for a change). We will hear what they have decided to do to honour Tony Parkes. The stadium will have a deep clean and a lick of paint. The hand dryers in the bogs will be replaced. The safe standing hand rails will be ordered. We will hear about the agreement with the council to re-open the car parks and the new match day bus services from outlying Rovers communities. The new ground layout for next season will be unveiled showing the designated safe standing, disabled, singing and away sections. In conjuction with this, a new marketing slogan promoting new fair pricing and early the release of season tickets, including 12 month payment plans if you buy now. This campaign will be plastered over every bus stop in Preston and Hyndburn. Of course we will also hear how a strategic rethink has decided that next season there will be no Waggott Tax. That they have held top level meetings with Sodexo and agreed pies will not run out at 10 past 3 and the Fosters will be replaced by something better. Amazingly we will also hear that all obstacles have now been removed and craft ales will be available. This should be enough for the coming week. I am sure the week after they can sort a vegan pie option between them although this may be slightly more difficult.
  4. Lets see if Waggott gets the season tickets on sale this month for next season.
  5. One thing is 100% certain. manufactured in Wuhan bio lab and purposely (or accidentally) we are now responding exactly as predicted by computer algorithms.... #LabRats
  6. poor old Sheriff Waggott of Ewood... the meat in the pie.... On one hand refunding £300K to Leeds fans. On the other hand paying for 7700 pies he no longer has use for. Not sure why I find that amusing but ripping Rovers fans off with fake taxes means you "reap what you sow".
  7. "Good humans / new 3 year deal" thread. Seriously though, every club and a great number of players (working men with bills and families) are going to have this issue so it is going to be really interesting how it plays out.
  8. Time to start the "summer transfer window" thread, the "will we be in the mix next season?" thread, the "singing section / safe standing section" thread, the "how many things are they looking into now?" thread, the "Mowbray in or out? version 4" poll and the "remembering the JW Upper victims of the coronavirus" thread.

  10. BBC website says postponed. Everywhere else says it's on. Rang ticket office and they said it's still on but likely to change.... Sounded like they didn't really know themselves.

  12. So if the season extends... Walton & Tosin loans finish end of May. 7 x first team squad contracts expire end of June.
  13. Could be off tomorrow. PL emergency meeting 10:30 Several PL players tested positive. EFL expected to follow suit.
  14. Wrong thread but Waggott giving £300 grand back to Leeds fans tickles me.
  15. What the fuck do the Child Support Agency know about anything? *!#$s ?
  16. Wouldn't surprise me if they turned up to watch the Leeds game behind closed doors.
  17. How are Sodexo going to manage the pie order without knowing the numbers for Leeds ? This is apparently a £3 per head catastrophe when talking about a couple of hundred Rovers fans. So 7700 or zero must really be causing a headache for the pie logistical department.
  18. Chaddy think of it like this.... you contract the virus in the BBE from some fan with no symptoms who was working in country X a week before. you have no symptoms for 7 days but in the meantime pass it to your parents and then one of them dies whilst you recover. You also pass it to your kids who never show symptoms but pass it to the rest of the school who pass it to their families and Accrington has several deaths as a result. All because of that guy in the BBE with no symptoms.
  19. Reason for no 3pm Sat games is simple. There are legal contracts in place which prevent any 3pm Sat games being on TV. By simply moving all games away from that time slot, they can then be broadcast. Agreement between broadcasters, clubs and government to sidestep the legal minefield. STs fall under Force Majeure clause of your contracts. No refunds. You will have free ifollow pass instead. If you bought a single matchday ticket you should be able to get a refund, especially if bought by CC.
  20. PSG playing behind closed doors. Thousands of fans are outside the stadium.
  21. Club Statement https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2020/march/club-statement--coronavirus-update/
  22. STs, Half STs, Super 6, Final 4 All count as STs with contractual Ts&Cs. No refunds. Match day tickets should be refunded especially if you buy by CC. Consumer rights. That's how I read it.
