  1. Correct. The new benchmark for an evening game should be the Wigan attendance. Big queues at the ticket office 5 minutes before KO. Why was that ? Cheap tickets and no Waggott Tax. Red button was on if I recall correctly.
  2. No deals appear imminent, with top targets Kamil Jozwiak and Ronan Curtis appearing out of reach, but Mowbray has faith his side, who return to action against Queens Park Rangers tonight, can still push for the top six without any reinforcements.
  3. Using words like job and task are not appropriate to supporting your team Paul. Fans can also see it as their job or task to rid their (our) club of the poison which is killing it whilst other "fans" do nothing. You saying Blackpool fans were wrong to take their direct action or were (are) not proper fans ? Different POVs Paul. Folk who have been fans for 40 - 70 years who have stopped attending will continue to love Rovers until the day they die.
  4. At 6pm the Waggott Tax kicks in. Remember all the super duper fans will already have tickets. However, anyone finishing work and thinking of going down as a walk on will be unable to avoid being ripped off. £28 for the BBE. Forget the red button... the Waggott Tax will keep your 100 fans at home on their arses. "The club have done all they can".
  5. Not Attending is a priority. Only when they leave and take all their poison and debt with them will attending become a priority. A lot of posts from you to say you don't care and not one post from anyone whinging about it not being on the red button. Waggott thinks it will reduce his tax revenue when the reality will be no difference. Route cause still in situ.
  6. An interesting read https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-51097309

  8. so with 4 days to go let me recap the last 197 pages :- no money no transfers no pies no hope
  9. Friday night is going to be so exciting on the run up to 23:00. Ha ! Flicking between Jim White trying to make nothing sound exciting and Live coverage from the port of Dover. They should make Jim stand out in the cold live in Calais. That will teach the prick for spouting about "going after Venkys" but then doing fuck all. According to reports from Blackburn, Tony has said "defenders are coming". According to reports from here in Calais, Blackburn's new Portuguese defender was unable to get a work permit due to not having the necessary skills required by the UK.
  10. This must be a fake news thread. The planet will do what it wants when it wants and we have no say in that. Big drama about nothing. Not buying it at all. Plastic everywhere is a mad made problem which needs sorting out. The climate is way above our pay grade.
  11. No idea why, when even Tony keeps saying there won't be any. no money no pies no hope
  12. Neither did I. Robinson was a good shot stopper but useless at everything else. He was either as thick as 2 short planks or playing to Sam's tactics.... or both.
  13. OK Merce... so please speculate where the FACTUAL £23 mill is apportioned ?
  14. £23 million wage bill in b&w from the accounts. Most is going to be playing staff, "directors" and management.... and Suhail.

  16. yup. Suhail and his Kentaro / SEM mates sort that shit out.
  17. No signings then. The lads off to Portugal for some sun whilst the clock ticks.
  18. Downing is only 6 months older than Milner who just signed a 2 year extension playing for the current best team in the world. Hard one but he is definately top quality in every position Tony shoves him. If my maths are right, Salgado was 34 when he arrived and played until 37 when he was still capable. Quality is quality. Wasn't Tugay here from 31 to 39 ?
