  1. Please God don't be the Bristol Rovers line up. I don't wanna see Conway,Mulgrew or Smallwood starting!
  2. I think Leipzig will beat Spurs and Munich will destroy Chelsea. Liverpool should be comfortable winners and I think City will have too much for Madrid.
  3. Despite the recent resurgence, we can not go into this Window with anything but having the intention of bringing in a keeper a centre half and a left back. If rumours are to believed and Cunningham is signing then I would loan a LB for the rest of the season. However if Bell performs like he did on Saturday for the next 3 games, then I say it's our least of priorities. Centre back must be priority number 1. I personally would go for Ayala. I like Cooper a lot but I just can't see Millwall letting him go or him wanting to leave. As for a goalkeeper, once again Walton has improved of late but we need our own number 1. I imagine he'll come from Europe, but if the opportunity was there I would do everything to get Hennessey. Brewster has been mentioned a few times, and I think he fits the profile for our attacking wide players. He would be a great signing on loan and I can really see that one happening. I believe this is going to be the most important transfer window of TMs reign and one that we can't mess up.
  4. I think 7 or 9 points is more than doable in the next 3 games, but only if we keep the same intensity as of late. The lads need to forget league positions and focus on getting the wins. I would keep Bell, Johnson, Gallagher and Holtby for the Wigan game and then look at freshening it up for Birmingham. As for JRC being involved I don't think this is the right time. I would personally play the like of JRC, Chapman, Butterworth, Davenport against Birmingham in the Cup. I couldn't care less about progressing in the FA Cup if we are riding high in the league. Let's be fair we aren't going to win it, so I would much rather keep all the big guns fresh for the remaining league fixtures.
  5. 1. Danny Graham 2. Bradley Dack 3. Jordan Rhodes 4. David Dunn 5. Charlie Mulgrew.
  6. If we are going to seriously push for promotion then Buckley can't be involved. If we make substitutions or changes they can't seriously weaken the team and at the moment Buckley is nowhere near the level of a promotion chasing player. Loan him out to a League one side where he will start on a regular basis. Let him grow for 6 months and see where he is at come May. If the dream happens and we get promoted then I am sorry but I don't see where he or Brereton can be a part of a Premier League squad.
  7. Nearly time for @Madon to get us excited about incomings!! Asombalonga???
  8. Brereton's not quite the right shape to be a football, needs the Dunny diet for that.
  9. Well evidently I don't have a decent job, so I'll book it off on Monday.
  10. Our win today cost me £276, but who gives a shit. This is the best I have felt about our team since Allardyce was in charge! After Barnsley I thought the nail was in Tony's coffin. After Bristol City I honestly believe we can do it this season. Let's end the year with 9 more points. Have a successful January window and go on and storm the league!! Wembley would be one hell of a day out, but my ticker would prefer 2nd place.
  11. Book it off work now. Monday 25th May. Rovers v North End Location Wembley
  12. I was proud in the nineties, proud in the noughties and after that type of performance the pride is coming back. Can't wait for the Wigan game now!! Tony Mowbray's blue and white army!
  13. Bell or Johnson for me. Both in with a shout of starting against Wigan.
