  1. i think it`s the fact the football is terrible, the worst since the end of the mackay era and/or the kean shambles,at least with mowbray you got a couple of good performances after 5 bad ones
  2. the downgrade continues, absolutely zilch done to entice the casual fan☹️,if we don`t win tommorow expect the blackburn end to turn nasty and the riverside to start as well
  3. id`e rather adam wharton play,we ar`nt liverpools bloody youth side and morton is a universe away from harvey elliot
  4. don`t want to blame jdt and broughton to much for the summer incomings, they were late to the club and i think picked out the targets the mowbray regime identified,we should judge them at the end of this transfer window, though admittedly my patience is wearing a bit thin with the tactics
  5. i would`nt say the gulf is massive, maybe in the six but there are plenty of dreadful sides in the lower half of the premier league,no reason why any club can`t survive, brighton, brentford and fulham are prime examples, they are all smaller clubs than burnley and rovers as well
  6. definately the best player ever, like jimi hendrix on the guitar or michael jordon playing basketball, there can never ever be anyone to surpass them
  7. bucko might be on his way in january?????
  8. i don`t think he cost us the game,we lost our shape within a minute of the restart, bloody morton losing the ball again was at fault for the first boro goal
  9. he keeps going on about 3 transfer windows, well lets see him start from january,it`s imperative he bolsters our midfield
  10. we did a beautiful move that swept up the pitch in 3 moves, gallagher should have buried it with a header,he really should have put it away, the only plus i can take away from tonight is hedges being very good out wide,he`s wasted anywhere else
  11. we lost again because the midfield was powder puff,we can`t concentrate and can`t keep the ball as jdt would like, buckley being stupid did`nt help, but it was obvious boro`s manager got into them at half time,i don`t know what jdt said to our lads but it can`t have been very inspirational because we lost our shape within a minute,im`e clinging on to hope that he buys some midfielders in january, morton is a lightweight, buckley is a lightweight and travis is`nt good enough to hold the middle of the park together
  12. hirst will bag a hatrick tonight, left foot inside the post after nutmegging the lenihan, right foot first time shot that beats the keeper with sheer power and soaring header that bullets itself into the top corner💥 as you can see im`e kind of clutching at straws but you gotta be optimistic
  13. yet we came out 2nd half with two wingers and two forwards and blitzed derby, granted the squad took matters in their own hands and ignored mogaddon,it`s a simple game is`nt it,just complicated by coaches who think they are tactical genius (mowbray and jdt)
  14. id`e love him here, the only way it`s happening is with a cash and player offer i suppose
  15. can you imagine the current lot having to cope with the extra demands of premier league football,we get a 15,000 plus crowd and they start panicking 😄
  16. i agree with everything above ^^^^^,i think everyone in the whole ground can see it just our manager can`t🥴
  17. we could have held open trials and still managed to get a better centre forward
  18. id`e take starting again in the west lancashire league if it meant getting rid of the indians, football clubs never die, they always rise again, coppull utd vs rovers😅it would be friggin epic!!!!!!!!
  19. i would`nt touch smith with a cattle prod, far to much likelike jdt with his fanny football, definately have wilder,he`s no nonsense and and a straightforward bloke
  20. both clubs been through terrible ownership and come out of the otherside on the up,we need to rid ourselves of ours(somehow)
  21. was it morton or travis who tried that lamentable clearance for sunderlands winning goal, was ******* terrible imo
  22. no,when the old riverside was condemned the seating at the top was pulled down and the terrace at the front was converted into a temporary standing area, circa 1989 the terrace concrete was pulled up and whole riverside was renovated and extended with new concrete terracing at the front,a new roof and an extended steel section at the back, like others have said,it was`nt a new stand just a renovated one, rumour has it,even jack walker who supplied the steel free of charge was`nt to happy at the final outcome, been my home since the old blackburn end was bulldozed,i like its rustic charm tbh
