  1. judging by his simpering podcast/interview he`s deffo under pressure and losing badly today would put him in on the way to a p45,however,in the past when we`ve been on a bad run,he`s always pulled himself out of the **** by getting a couple of decent results,i think we`ll win the today, leaving tony in clover, proclaiming some **** about reaching the play offs
  2. i remember when dundee utd and aberdeen ruled the scottish premier league, dundee utd would have got to play liverpool in the european cup final if it was`nt for a bent referee, the jocks used to have some fantastic players
  3. when the excuses and bull**** start flying it`s a sign a manager is under pressure, tony has never done these type of interviews and podcasts in the past,he`s definately feeling it,my thought is the players,at least some of them are in revolt, word has probably got upstairs to swag and/or venkys have been in touch wondering where their millions they gave to mowbray has gone, swag has panicked and put the thump screws on mowbray, demanding results improve,i fully expect mowbray to have get sacked or resign in the coming month, tone is toast
  4. dack might not have the greyhound speed of armstrong but he`s got infinately more football intelligence,id`e say when fully fit he`s by far our best player
  5. i hope it`s better than the home game🤔
  6. it was an interesting afternoon crowd wise to say the least!!,police just got fed up with it all and started to hit anybody within truncheon distance, remember my dad shaking his head at it all and us leaving at half time good luck to the magpies and their fantastic playing surface, just wish i could be there
  7. condescending ****,i grew up when rovers did`nt have a pot to **** in but still managed to employ a manager who 100% out of his team, kendall, saxton and mackay were hugely superior managers than mowbray and they had`nt a farthing to play with, they did`nt play anyone stupidly out of positon either,****** mowbray would have had norman bell out wide, garner in midfield and ian miller at full back🥵
  8. he bloody should be under pressure,he`s unable to get the best out of a good set of players and at the moment we don`t look like winning again, ever!!!
  9. franks in over his head,he does have similar qualities to tony in the fact he can make good players look absolutely bang average
  10. tis a no brainer imo, that kind of money can`t be turned down, you can get a proper centre back and a class left back for what you get for armstrong, though in reality giving mowbray 20 million quid is really frightening😨
  11. don`t worry about us mate,we keep possesion but don`t do anything with it,all you lot need to do is wait half an hour and one of our lot will do something daft and gift you a goal, the pitch by the way is terrible though stoke managed to do ok on it,for some reason our 1st team is apparently training on it,though we have indoor facilities at brockhall(our training ground),no one seems to know why they ar`nt be used??!!
  12. tony`s big problem is his lack of coaching ability to get his message across to a bunch of players who have given up on him, once you lose the dressing room you never get the respect back, beside the fact i doubt it very much if he listens to his backroom staff at all, this possesion based lark is ok some of the time but you have to mix your approach up ,at the moment every side in the division has us clocked, knowing mowbray though he`ll get desperate,do an about turn and make us a long ball side with armstrong up front on his own with big gally still plowing his furrough down the wing, that would be so mowbray!!!!!!!!!
  13. mowbray will never get us promoted, ever,he`s not got the coaching skillset, motivation or transfer nous, look back at his managerial history and the only really decent job he`s done was at hibs, everywhere else he`s had one good season then it falls apart,he even managed to **** it up at celtic which is some achievement,he is not the man to lead us anywhere to be honest and when fans finally do return to ewood,i think we`ll certainly make him aware of it
  14. i would`nt give him a f*****g bean seeing as what he`s spent 12 million quid on,should be a sacking offence on it`s own and thats before his criminal criticism to the press about some of his players, not surprised he`s lost the dressing,it should be kept behind the scenes
  15. have you evidence to support this somewhat drastic claim
  16. even if it has`nt been changed in decades(like he wrongly states)why is it a mess, chorley have one part time groundsman, train on it two nights a week, have no undersoil heating and most likely hav`nt changed it in their entire existance, yet it`s a fantastic surface, someone at ewood needs firing and questions need asking, though it`s 1000/1 that it will happen
  17. iv`e just heard rooney wants an experienced manager to help him out and dyche is about to be sacked by that barmy new burnley owner
  18. i`ve been hoping that very scenario will ensue for the last 18 months!!!!!!!!!!,the **** is still here😥
  19. whats brings you to that very hopefull conclusion
  20. i would`nt be so bothered about being mid table if there was some excitement from time to time,at the moment it`s like being stuck in a french class with a boring teacher
  21. what a shocking performance against a limited but organised side,i guess a point is good in the championship safety race, seasons over is`nt it!!??only positive thing about covid is we can`t waste our money watching the boredom in person
  22. he`d be frightening in midfield imo,be suspended for ever!!!!!
  23. got the blame for the cardiff at home ****show did`nt he,never been seen much since that
  24. to invade the stadium and hold swag hostage,if he does`nt dispense with mowbray,he`ll get a sharp object impaled in a sensitive place
  25. lets invade ewood with pitchforks!!
