  1. Have I missed something, why is everyone talking like, Mcbride will be playing? Cheers edit - just seen that he’s been added to the squad.
  2. Yep, the last question stuck out when asked - And I know you're not big on milestones but four years at a football club is a pretty big achievement, is there anything that stands out in your time as manager that you take great pride in? A proud memory or a favourite moment? No.
  3. Speaking of Darwen, has anyone seen the new sports village being build there in conjunction with A.F.C. Darwen? They will have better facilities than rovers after all this.
  4. Probably why Mowbray keeps strangely touting Armstrong at every opportunity he gets, on the weekend he was calling him a premier league player. Mowbray knows there is no money available in the summer so is looking to flog Armstrong so he can go and buy some other flops, or is looking to make the venkys a bit of dosh before he retires.
  5. But you would say that, you work with the club don’t you, via inbox digital, you’re hardly going to shoot them down. Not having a go at you.
  6. Fully agreed, although I do think, with some hostilely he probably would resign.
  7. Mowbray is basically giving it a big fuck off in the face to us all each and every week now, with an attitude of, what are you guna do, nothing and he’s right, there’s naff all we can do, especially with no crowds.
  8. Look at some of the tweets though, tweets the odd occasion directly to players, and they usually like the tweet, so he does use it.
  9. Sums it perfectly, having weekly digs at fans now, managers wouldn’t get away with that at other clubs.
  10. No doubt we will lose this, then Watford next, that’s another defeat, how much longer can we go on like this? We are in free fall now, it’s going to be hard to stop this without a change of manager.
  11. Think they and you are missing the point, that site may be bigger, but we currently have two sites, therefore it’s a massive condensing down.
  12. Which funnily enough rovers were doing, they had similar models at ewood, which you could look at on the ground tour. Of what they wanted to do with riverside etc, but these lot don’t give a shit.
  13. They’ve simply only released this statement today because it’s all come to light, if it hadn’t, not a word would have been said. Very limited details too, there should be a full plan set out as to what they are looking to do.
  14. If the manager had anything about him, he would look past that, Mowbray has recently come across as someone who really holds grudges, and takes criticism very personal.
  15. Lost respect for him now totally. He said around 2 years ago, when I was present at a fans forum meeting, that he would fall on his sword and leave if it wasn’t working, and that he wasn’t like past managers that we had, he wouldn’t milk the club for money, fucking liar, that’s exactly what he’s doing, he’s waiting for the sack.
  16. Won’t happen, them lot are as pitiful as those in charge of the club.
  17. It’s just a way for Mowbray to try and accommodate dack, awful management. The 3 up top, whilst pressing, with quick intricate passing worked for us massively at the outset of the season, he’s now totally gone away from the approach, appalling.
  18. Woeful, where to start. Gallagher, one of the biggest donkeys I’ve seen at ewood, starting, AGAIN. 3 at the back, never ever worked for Tony, but he does it again. Bennett one of his only remaining allies, but woeful player, appalling. Dack clearly nowhere near fit enough, starts, ridiculous. Bennett isn’t a surprise, and for me shows how desperate Tony is.
  19. Which is why I counteracted my own comment in the second paragraph pal. It all boils down the the way the management is setting up the team.
  20. In general I think nyambe is okay, but against Preston he was woeful, his positional sense is appalling, that’s how they score their first goal last Friday, he was like a sheep following the ball, and left massive spaces on the right for Cunningham to have free rein. HOWEVER I think he has the talent to develop into a good player who could probably play top flight, but he needs the right manager, nyambe not playing is a result of his poor performance, and the poor performance is a result of poor coaching/management. most things poor about the team now are 100% boiling down to poor management.
