Fair I always seem to remember villa going on that ten plus game run and going up 😂. Either way the play offs would be amazing achievement but one I'd rather swerve 😅 -

Yeah at the beginning of the season, I think most of us would've been more than happy with the play offs. But given our current situation and the way we are playing at the minute, second place is definitely achievable. Even the results of other games seem to be going our way at the minute. I think the team that finishes third, having challenged for second never goes up. It's always the team that go on a run and sneak into sixth that wins the play offs. -

Yeah he had a good game the other night but let's not get carried away. If he could find consistency and keep up to that standard, then you've got a brilliant player. Shane he doenst though and that's why he's not in the premier league. -

Yeah 2 million in the grand scheme of things for a club with a real chance at promotion is nothing. Unless we can find a similar situation where we can get a class player on the cheap. If he threw his toys out of the pram or demanded a move then fair enough. -

I'd rather let him walk for free unless we can get a decent replacement in for that much. -

Great battling performance from the whole team. Just what was needed after the recent wobble. Gally looked brilliant fair balls to him he shifted and put himself about. Great finish across the goal aswell. Zeefuik looked lightening in his little cameo and was unlucky not to get a debut goal. We defended so well last night, they had so many corners and free kicks and we seemed to win the majority. As nights go at ewood that was up there for recent times. Class all round. -

I'd of said the same about Harvey Elliot before he signed to be fair. That'd be the absolute best out come and we can hope 😂. He'd do alot better playing in the championship than the under 23s. -

Kasey palmer 🙃🙃🙃 But I agree you've got to give it to mowbray and his scouts, they usually do well in the loan market. Teams will see that and hopefully that will give us an advantage over most clubs. It's not ideal but it's better than being short or players. I'd of been doing everything in our power to get the lad Doyle in who's gone to Cardiff. It may be a bit ambitious but getting someone in like Cole palmer would be amazing. I know he would get the odd chance at city but maybe six months here would bring him along. -

Let's just be glad Bournemouth lost again so Hull can be seen as a let off 😂. I'm quietly confident maybe natively so but I always think we can perform at home (bar Fulham). Win tomorrow and we're back on track. -

Gallagher gets a new deal and respondes by going missing. Could be excused if he was a young lad, not use to first team football but he isn't. If you're not playing very well work hard win the ball and win fouls do something. Show a bit of bite and desire. Dack is brilliant at this if he isn't having the best game, he gets stuck in and wins fouls all over the pitch. He affects the game however he can and puts himself about. I get he's being played out of position but Jesus, can you imagine us having him up top and depending on him to lead the line. -

Hull's new owners missus was the highlight surely? -

This result has been brewing for the last few games. Let's hope we get a good reactions against a decent boro side. Mauled by the tigers, totally wicked. -

Let's see if markanday can come on like khadra did against Hull at ewood. 🙏 🙏 🙏 -

Khadra looking like our only threat which begs the question, why not match him up on the right side instead of playing a wide target man? Absolutely baffled. Making a sturggling team look good. Exactly the same as the Cardiff game but we got away with that thanks to kinky making a few good saves. -

Imagine how well we'd be doing if we had two wide men playing. Instead of Gally chasing a ball with no intention of ever actually winning it and threatening their defence. -

Gally and Elvis looking dog shit down that right hand side. They're going to have a field day. -

It's definitely a boost to the squad and a chance to impress the new owner. Hope we score early and their heads drop. -

Doesn't matter how just need the win tonight. Fulham look to be over their dodgy patch but Bournemouth are struggling, we need to get above them. -
Those shirts look absolutely dog shit.

Same as khadra and Dolan very raw and exciting prospect. Something we seem to deal with well these days. Plus he's come through the very successful and highly rated spurs youth system. Where he was well regarded and they wanted to keep him. And at the price we've payed if he goes on to do fuck all there's no risk. Win win -

I am inclined to agree, I mean look at Wharton. He looked a decent backup but probably could've gone elsewhere. Now he's almost a nailed on starter. He took his chance all be it with an injury in between. I think if Davenport got more time on the pitch he'd come along. I'd certainly favour him over Johnson but then Johnson is only every brought on to sure things up.
